"Probably my favourite anime atm Blood + is. Pity its up to episode 39 or so and only 31 or 32 have been released. Blood+ is an anime series featuring the same character from Blood the Last Vampire but set in a different time. Blood the last vinpire was like a 45 minute almost silent film that shows insight into a little bit of Saya's past. Blood+ goes a lot more in depth and about Saya's purpose and lots of cool fights. There is a hell of a lot more dialogue too. Its a great anime series."View

"The Japanese writing seems a little scrathcy or blurry it hurts my eyes with prolonged viewing which a wallpaper get being on your desktop or whatever. The idea is good an I see where your colour theme comes from however a little contrasting colour such as something bright wouldn't go astray. Also I agree with the ather comment that the cloudy effects need a bit more work or not necessarily take up all that room."View

"Death is the only way to settle such an injustice. Guilty til Proven Innocent I say where anime is concerned. I also think i should point out many DVD's/VHS and Games were quite frequently very close to being stepped on by my mother. I had the knife ready..:}. I really can't comprehend anything happening like that though. My siblings had left home + I get along very well with them. My parents are another issue though. Too bad they can't do anything now."View

"The supercard Sd thing I was talking about with December too is great as well it allows you to run homebrew and thus play mp3s and videos. Great for someone like me without an ipod though I'd still need one as 60GB of Sd cards could prove costly. But the compression of files in incredible too. The ds is great and worth it even for current ds owners. You could still probably get a decent amopunt for your current ds, like around half a ds lite. They aren't that costly compared to the psp anyway. Who here has Metroid Prime Hunters? Great game I'm addicted. Waiting on my usb wi fi connecter as my router is incompatable still but can't wait for online. "View

"Yeah I can see where this is coming from. I tend not to bring it up that much in conversations, I only have a couple of friends really into anime. Its just like another TV show really. Any other cartoon, there is no need to discriminate against a cartoon. I don't see racism much around where i am with Australia being multicultural so they say. But yeah I agree with you I have only been listening to Japanese music of late and all the shows I watch are Japanese so some friends do pay me out about it but its really just a joke as they are my friends. It also depends on how far you take the obsession and how much you annoy your friends about it. I really dislike the O.C. for example and if someone were to come up to me or one of my friends were to talk about it for longer then the normal 'did you see that episode last night' or 'that part was good/interesting'... Then I'd get pissed off too. So yeah..."View

"Haha made me laugh when I thought of the episode of south park about the family guy writers. But yeah no one likes fillers which is perfectly normal as there is no development in plot or characters as it may affect what the manga has in store for it. The problem with Naruto is the extremely unreasonable amount of time and lack of ideas being put with these fillers. They are raping the characters, noone will look at naruto the same after this even after the time jump. "

"Yeah that same tutorial helped me heaps but then i found a better scan and then I worked out I had the dvd it was from and took my own screen shot. I agree with the ordinary BG however understand you like it simple. The size and space could be an issue though. With the background you may want to try something else in a different colour and watermark it, something darker with maybe a detailed region I don't really know though you'd have to try some more things to see what works. My Blood + wall was very plain in the background, very very plain but effective so I know how you feel. Also I think the scan should move from the centre, maybe to the right. apart from that its pretty good."View

"First of all what was the trap. This Anime was advertised and marketted to seem like a sequel to the classic anime film Ninja Scroll. They used the same font and I believe the same character name. I went along with it bought it years ago. I thought it was really bad and slightly disturbing but I kept thinking that hey I must have missed something between the two movies. I then discovered that it had nothing to do with it and had many angry Ninja Scroll fans around it. The DVD was released with 2 episodes and I can't find anything on any others. Who else has seen these?"View

"I agree with a lot thats been said. I am also in Australia and find the whole new Rap and RnB scene rubbish. Some of it has its perks as driving music and stuff but yeah. I find that Muse are good but prefer Radiohead more, Muse start to sound the same after a while and can start to irritate you when a collegue learns it on Piano and plays it 24 7, badly( happened with coldplay too). I'm into loads of types of music not enough to list. Currently in a J-rock phase with artists like Dir en grey. I turn to that for originality and individuality rather then a bunch of people who ruin great songs of the 80's to today. I've heard that s.o.s. song on a Jamster ad and in my opinion anything that Makes it to a Jamster ad is taboo. I'm a metal fan too and rock as well (was Regurgitator obsessed and still am to an extent). So yeah new music is completely unoriginal but I guess you need some kind of influence. to the first poster Josh, So you like Ben Folds Five. I've got tickets to see Ben Folds with the Adelaide Symphony Orchestra! Hell pumped."View

"Well said although I don't have any Playstation and would like some of the games. The argument youposed is pretty much why I still haven't got a playstation unless it becomes really cheap which I can't see happening(I'd want a ps3. I'm in Australia and we saw the Gamecube drop to $99 brand new with controller. XBOX drop to $150 (these are au $) With the new consoles coming out. PS2 decide to drop but to $189 which isn't that bad but could go lower. Maybe when the ps3 drops to that price (...10 years later). A friend of mine does have a HDTV and unless you know what your doing it can really ruin your time. The settings are quite complictaed and while playing Halo 2 we got a lot of bluriness and delay over a simple lan connection. Also once we were playing and the Delay was a good 2 seconds. We then realise Zoom was enabled!WTF. so yeah it isn't that great."View
