"You can get them from shops and stores that sell photoshop. A lot of other programs can be used to make sigs and wallpapers. I can't recall what the other programs are because I only use photoshop. Some of the people here might be able to help you though I'm not sure if it's alright to talk about how to get it for free."

That's why comics (think Spiderman, Batman, JLA, etc) and manga are good stuff... mostly XD Of course, there are the "not so good" sides but we still learn something from mangas and comics ne?"

It's much better to settle/talk this with close friends.We are after all, family. Gotta live with each other's problems, help each other through problems.
