with the additions to the bg, there certainly is more substance to the otherwise empty bg. however, i suggest you keep the color of your stars uniform. if you pick blue, make sure the stars are all blue. and they seem a bit big too, but that might just be me. i'd normally say that space should be dark, rather than just simply blue, but then the contrast might make the bright stuff appear too bright. as well, although the moon appears alright, the earth is barely there in terms of detail, which leaves the lower part of the wall with very little. and it looks filtered for some reason. =/ the quality of strike freedom looks fine but i don't know if it's my monitor or something but for the lowest dragoon/wing part on sfreedom's left side (our right side) and for sfreedom's hip-mounted cannon, the line seem jagged/pixellated/to have these steps in the pixels. every other part of the freedom looks fine, but this part shows up jaggy for me. i just thought i'd mention it in case it is a real problem for people other than myself. it's a nice start. keep working.
