The most innovative new anime out there..

"In lots of ways, i'd say the most innovative ones are:

Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni-
cant say why, maybe its because its shows so many ways of the story each ending in 4-5 episodes each and then having another brand new plot.

Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya-
maybe its just my first anime to watch with a plot like this, god blah blah, and perhaps because maybe my first anime that was not shown in order, of the story, HOWEVER, the last episode appears and is actually a very good ending even if it was actually only the 6th episode.

Death Note-
possibly a new kind of story? This is also my first anime which includes a normal guy getting something that can kill and actually goes on a massacre of people. This is SO far could be the most innovative because the two above may have had similarites but i could say these 3 animes stand out.

"Oh when she keeps on saying shut up it gets quite annoying...still shes cute cuz she so freakin cute and loli (@_@) droolzz~

Still, the anime doesnt really get intresting till episode 5, i think, but it gets really good. Only thing i hated about it was that none of the enemies died. Maybe it was on purpose so everyone would watch the movie? O_o

Still, one of my fave animes and i would recommend it to anyone.

"OH...Christ...i remember my first dubbed anime...i was like...WTF is this?!?!?

I mean seriously...well no offense to english people...but the way i hear english dubb is so horrible it could even haunt me in my dreams. Its just so...GOD why the hell are you doing this anyway. The hell man, if they were dubbing the anime at least put some emo on it, dont just read it.

I havent tried this, but i thought about for a bit. Maybe dubbing was hard? So i was planning on maybe trying out even once if i could at least prove that i couldtry dubbing some anime in english and beat those noobs. Still, japanese voice is the best and there's nothing that can change that."

How many hours do you think an Anime characters prepared his/her hairstyles?

"Hard to imagine what kind of hell you would have to go to before you get the hairstyle which you see in anime. Lets say that somehow...u did manage to get the hairstyle of Cloud and YES it was successful...however, the first anime that comes to my mind when thinking of really complicated hairstyles would be...DBZ. Oh yeah...lets say that in the first part, their hairstyle wasnt that hard, but damn, when it comes to the part where they switch to "sian" mode or whatever you spell it, that has to be impossible. For instance when they tranform to level for and their hair becomes really long and spiky and everything...that would be sh!t..."

Which characters are better: the males or the females?

"Depends if the anime was shonen or shoujo. Probably, the usual plot would be that, if the anime was shonen, this guy is like either weak at the start and finds a girl, some magical reason gets powers, and then becomes extra powerful because of the girl because of the thought of "protecting" her. The other one would probably be, the guy is like powerful guy and then she finds this not so stand out girl or i dunno some girl probably and then...BAAAAAHHHH i really dont have any idea.

I'll go with females cuz my favorite chars would be:
Female:
Chikane - Kannazuki no Miko
Shizuru and Natsuki - Mai Hime
Shana - Shakugan no Shana
Saber - Fate/Stay Night
Lucy - Elfen Lied
Haruhi - Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya
Enma Ai - Jigoku Shoujo
Ciel - Shingetsuhan Tsukihime
AND a fat lot more

while for Males:

HOW MANY EPISODES DOES AN ANIME HAS TO HAVE?

"To be honest, the majority of the anime i've watched so far are 23-26 episodes which are Black Cat, Scrapped Princess, Mai Hime, Mai Otome, Stellvia of the Universe, Shakugan no Shana, Fate stay Night. So far, i've noticed that maybe...if only...MAYBE...the show would have been so good if well, for my personal opinion, they could put 1 as in only 1...could be more but i think 1 is the right one, epilogue episode.

I mean, there's always that feeling that, WTF!! that was it? I mean...sure...i cant deny that it was an excellent anime and that the quality of it is more than worth it. However, its just that...i dont know if any of this has happened to anyone but...everytime i watch an anime, it just feels as if im there and i can really feel the mood and emotion or whatever. When the anime ends...its like...ZIP KAPUT! and i wanna cry cuz its the end.

I think that animes like Gundam Seed (50+ episodes i think) still made me feel incomplete because it was so good. So i think, no matter how many episodes, they should make EVERY episode meaningful (god naruto's so boring now) and make a very GOOD epilogue episode. Not necessarily happy...but a good closing..."

Do your parents watch anime?

"Hmmmm...it would be sort of cool if my parents DID watch anime but in some ways...i think perferred if they just watched some, but not all.

Frankly speaking, animes like Elfen Lied or hmmm...i dont know,ecchi anime i've watched. If my mom ever saw me watching those it would probably be the end of anime for me or simply, the end of me.

Though my mom kinda watched anime which was when i watched Naruto the movie. She sort of thought the action was a bit cool but then she resumed to whatver she was doin. So i guess...if they could relate to my reaction to anime, it would be nice, but i'd rather have them not watch while im watching in my own private time"

Even now as im young... i keep on saying to myself that i would still continue to watch anime in the future even when i'm old. The thought of people thinking of me as childish because of watching anime never really struck me. Anyways...I think what you should do, or what im gonna say, is that i dont give a sh!t about what people think of me because speaking truthfully...im gonna say that my life would be nothing without anime. Elfen Lied...you hate it? you love it? why?

"Absolutely loved the series.

The first episode immediately got me addicted to it. Even the memory of it stays in my head because the plot was so sad i almost cried while watching it. Especially the flashback memories of Lucy of how her life was being a kid. The fan service i didnt care much about it and i think you would have to be some sort of bastard to think pervertly while watching it because i certainly did not.

I think the series would be better if they shows a bit of what happened in the ending. Well thats my own opnion anyways LOLz."

What series got you into anime?

"I dont know if any of you guys have the same story as mine so here it goes...

Probably the first anime that i watched and got really excited watching was Gundam, Fushigi Yuugi, Ghost Fighter, Flame of Recca and DBZ. Thing was...back in the old days...i only watched anime from T.V. since i only had dial up internet connection...didnt care much about the internet world or knew that what i was watching was anime.

At some point though, I just thought...how come these cartoons were so good while other ones that i watch from cartoon network werent the same. I researched it and discovered that what I actually enjoyed watching was "anime" and it was japanese cartoons.

Happy about this...i continued to watch but the worst thing happened...our cable got destroyed. By that time though we had a fast internet connection then I hear my sister talking about you tube where she watched D.N. Angel. I thought, why not give it a shot, so i watched D.N. Angel and finished it. My feeling wasnt so much when i just think...what would be a good anime to watch? The first thing that came to my mind was my classmates favorite anime which was Bleach so i searched it and watched it. Finished 77 episodes in 1 week or 2 and thought...I MUST HAVE MORE!

Thus i became a otaku and realized i wanted anime with good quality and with japanese subbs so im now a torrent addict.

Sad to say im disappointed in myself because i got bored and didnt give this anime a 2nd shot...maybe i should? O_o

Probably one of the reasons is because back then i still watched on you tube and they didnt finish the series so i couldnt watch it either way. But Torrent rules xD

So far though i like the anime because of the plot and vengeance and hatred and all that stuff but the main thing that i really really AS in really liked was because enma ai is SooOO cute...hehe had to say it"

"I still watch it but not every after episode...just watch it after a month so i can watch loads after in one go...cuz there are times when im like...HOLY CRAP...I NEED MORE ANIME...im just like sitting in front of my computer wondering what to watch...

Since torrents take ages to finish...i just go to youtube but still, if i was to watch, it would be to make my time worth it...so right now anime which were my favorite such as naruto and bleach, im getting quite bored on them because the story is not so intresting anymore unlike when they were just starting the series"

"Unquestionable...subbs are better than dubb...

I prefer watching from the computer because mainly...i hate waiting for anime like 1 episode per day...it just sucks...so i DL anime or watch them on you tube. Burn them to DVD's for unlimited anime.

Also makes it nearly impossible for me to watch on T.V. because i recently transferred to a provincial place and it has practically no anime or otaku stuff...except for my classmate who rocks cuz he's more otaku than me

"I love this anime so much...it even stayed number 1 on my list...for a while...

However, the anime would have been my favorite even up to now if only...the story near the ending were a bit different. I was in tears...literally...seeing characters die...but man they lived in the ending...it just sucked...in a way.

Still, this anime is recommendable to anyone because the plot, characters, even the OST is good"

However, when i discovered torrent...it was F**in amazing...good quality in exchange for time wasted while waiting for DL is enough to compensate it.

Still, sites like youtube, I use it to just check out a bit background of the anime and if its worth it, i just DL it then.

And i have no problem with the HDD space LOL...i just burn the anime i download into DVD's and delete them from the computer"
