"My first system ever was the Gameboy. the fat one with the purple buttons. i remember playing Wario, and the Mario World series. and the star wars too. but i always loved super mario world for the snes. and who can forget tetris?? i could play that for hours. it wasnt til bout 97' wen i got ff7, and then explored the world of FF from beginning to end. yea. good times."

"I generally spend about at least 5 to 6 hours a day in front of the laptop. but i can say ive gone for a good 20 hours before during break. usually mmporging. im suprised i dont get seizures."

"This series is not meant to be a fanservice series at all. it has a lot of deeper themes such as new beginnings, hatred for the different, and even kinship. and the violence just emphasizes the morbid atmosphere of the anime. i believe the fanservice was one of the smaller aspects of the anime."

"Elfen Lied is a bit more on the gory side the last time i saw it. but i pretty good anime nonetheless if your willing to give it a try. Inu Yasha is an epic never ending love story. well it ends somewhere. ive just yet to find the motivation to get there. i reccomend Honey and Clover. season one and two. excellent series. it describes a lot of the complex themes (including love) that people face everyday and how these select few cope with what theyve got. im pretty sure ud enjoy this series immensely if you gave it a try. dont mind the shoujo-ish animation if you dont like it, this story is much more rooted around story. ive found Welcome to NHK! to be one of those oddball but interesting series. not exactly a love story, but good for laughs."

"I have to admit, zelda is an excellent series. but i agree with bteddy, no series is consistently good all the time. the MGS games are definitely worth a try. if the FF rpgs didnt satisfy u, why not give xenosaga a chance. Shadow of Colossus is a short yet entertaining game. i take it you dont like FPS. but if you do, Call of Duty, Halo (i dont really think i needed to say that), and various 007 games will be worth your time. i myself am a fan of the Ace Combat series. nothing like dogfighting aces in the skies with your wingmen...or at least a simulation of it. haha. you can always hit up the old school games like Chrono Trigger (a must try) and FFVI if you havent. who knos. maybe ull find a gem somewhere."

"VII is definitely goin for the gold. and no doubt it is an excellent story. but a lot of people pass over VI, which was great. X also kept me interested for a long time. but VII is by far the most popular out of all of them due to its debut release on the playstation, which introduced many to FF itself. i have to admit the storyline is so epic and detailed that its extremely difficult not to like the characters and plot in some way. comon. a disillusioned fallen hero goes wacko and throws a big rock at earth. and you gotta make sure it doesnt. thats gold. "Im a vietnamese, but born in the u.s. so im a primary english speaker. secondary vietnamese and semi-fluent in spanish. ive always, always wanted to learn japanese. probably cuz of the mega influence it has on me. other languages include greek. greek mythology was always an interest to me in school and literature.
