The amount of patience, hard work and an eye for quality is what defines this wallpaper. Character is painstakingly vectored off a real life toy image with references to screenshots. Despite the difficulty level, ~pvc24 still manages to nicely depict the image in anime fashion and yet able to find the mental strength to come up with a background composition that is both aptly fun and pleasant in atmosphere.

I can fix any pic, any size and make it another size. i just don't feel like takeing the time to vector small images to meet the high quality standards i have, because that, and re-cg are the only ways, and vectoring is the easier and quicker of the two.

I tried adding http://www.animepaper.net/wallpapers/latest/entry58/ to my favorites and it told me: "Duplicate entry '127' for key 1
This entry has been added to your favorites."
I check my user page to see if the favorite is there and it's not."
