OT: For starters, the resolution's to small. The minimum standard is about 1024x768 atleast to get accepted.
The image isn't really a wallpaper in my eyes.
I strongly recommend that you sit down, and go look for a couple tutorials on how to make a simple and basic walls.

1. The extraction is poor. You need to work on that. Practise!

2. The text is unreadable. Especially the Last Exile text

3. Just a duplicated background with a few filters on top doesn't cut it.
