"I don't know if You used a texture on him or the scan was already like that, but it doesn't look good. Since he "pops out" of the BG I think it would be better to have a clean look.

I agree with soft-meanie, why have You used a notebook as a BG (it looks like a page of a notebook)? The colors, the brushes they just don't fit into the image. It doesn't need to be violent, but the way it is now... just doesn't feel right.

"I have this same problem but only with one wall.
This one.

The wall doesn't load. I click the link that says I should click if the wall doesn't load then I get an error from Firefox saying "the page could not be loaded because it contains errors". I tried it with IE and then instead of this message I got this: DDv (my username).

I didn't reach any downlaod or leecher limit, because I am able to download other walls.
I'm clueless.

Oh and the link where I got the error message is this:

"The bg looks like a painting (but it needs a bit more work for this impression). Sairenji looks like a drawing. A drawing on a painting? This what I tried to tell You. And I think it could be fixed by fixing the shading/lighting/colouring.
And You should definitely get rid of the border.

You have only 3 things to do:
1. fix Sairenji
2. improve the bg
3. get rid of the border (and new sig?)

With these the wall will be ready for submission.

A few things:
You need to work more on her. Look at the edges (mostly) around her hair and clean them. The coloring also needs more work. The cahracter doesn't blend with the wall the way it is now. Try to fix the lighting/shading on her hair, that should fix it imo.
And two minor things. Isn't she call Sairenji? You wrote Sarenji.
And the other thing: What's that?

(Essentially You extracted(?) a character, put it on an empty bg then drew some "thick lines".)

Believe it or not, I liked the previous version more.
I agree that she seems more flat now. And her head is very strange after the previous vector, her face is wider. It looks like as if You'd have vectored another image. This isn't bad, I just need to grow accustomed to it.
I'd get rid of the pink hearts with the current bg. And yeah, it seems more(?) random now.

There are some more things but my time is very limited. I'll check back later in the night. Besides, I think CrimsonCyanide can guide You better than me.



But why? Why did You have to change that "tiled stripe"? It was one of the best points of the wall (in my eyes). T.T

Back to Your wall. The resolution isn't 1600x1000, is it?
I'd make "PUNK MASTER!"' more visible, the same goes for the heartsl (but the latter is only my rersonal preference). I think You overdid the guitars a little. That "thing" at the bottom saying "Rock" isn't needed, imo. And the shoulder strap still feels wrong.

Less skulls more hearts. It'll be more "punk-ish".
And You could improve the smoke a little bit.

Just as I thought. Compared to the scan she looks more "angular". Look at her fingers for example. Did You do this on purpose?

The guitar. I think it shouldn't be in that position. Her pose is very different on those two scans. The guitar shouldn't be leaning "backwards" (towards the bg). It should be more like in a frontal plane. Like here:

(If You could vector this guitar and replace the current one that should help.)

One more thing. The shoulder strap on the right doesn't seem to "connect".

(I hope this last part about the guitar was comprehensible.)

British flag and Haruhi? Nah, I don't think so.
The black nails was a good idea. An SOS tattoo is ok, but not with it's original colours. Make it black and white, imo.
Blue, white, red. It would go well with the British flag, but I'd make a more darker wall. Dark blue/black/dark red. Maybe. But nothing white.

I think there are (at least) two options for the visuals of the wall. A darker punkish wall (my suggestion) and a brighter punkish wall (Your idea?). The darker one can easily turn into a goth wall so You have to be careful there. Which one do You prefer?"
