But you planning on revising it any? If so:
Yeah you should probably up the resolution. The size you have is considered pretty small now days.
My only two suggestions that I want to make are that the texture in the background... doesn't seem to really mix with bright happy Pikachu. You should find a different texture that blends well and maybe more color than just blue. Second, add more? Maybe your trying for a simple wall, but from what I can see, its pretty plain in terms of design and could use a little more. Possibly more outburst coming from Pikachu besides those just those lines--

My only suggestion is that you should make the image of Miku shouting bigger in comparison to the rest of the wall, especially since you wish to "emphasise" it. With the small image in the corner, it presents balance issues to the whole wall. Maybe you should add something to the upper half of the wall too, like some lines or some kind fancy brushes."

"Yeah a good image editing/painting program is a must. You should go search up and find a free 30 day trial for Photoshop CS3 or CS3 from adobe.com andthen find *coughafreeserialkeycough* later... eheh

As for your wall, its looking good considering its your first; a nice basic concept. Personally I think it would look better without that black border around it. Maybe a border on just the top and bottom? If your willing you could add more to it, instead of just having two red and blue swirls, you could throw in some textures/patters/brushes, all of which makes better and more aesthetic walls (if you know how...). And maybe you should up the resolution of the wall, 1024x790's pretty small now days. 1600x1200's a good regular standard size."

Its light (doesn't take up much processing power at all and its quick to install), easy to use (quite simple), and with a quick tweak you can get pretty fast download speeds relevant to your ISP's speed limits. Just go download it then either Google or even Youtube a tutorial on how to make your downloads faster and your good to go~! "

Either way Code Geass is ok with or without it, i don't think "Fan Service" is the main reason most people watch this show so its ok if they use it just to attract and engross that extra fan or two who happens to see a particular screen shot and say "whoa!... do want." and thus starts watching. Sunrise = $$$'er that way.

"San Gakki 25 was great, though I wish they would of animated episodes 1-24. They skipped so many important parts from the manga like the trip to Kyoto + the foreigners, Mikoto + Hanai's fake wedding, Harima + Eri's relationship (major up's and downs) and the beginning of the walk-a-thon.

Yeah the ending to the School Rumble manga didn't close up anything. Though some major happenings occurred there was still lots left to question. I guess we'll have to wait till School Rumble Z starts up. -__-;"

In anticipation of Season 2 coming out, I've gone backed and watched season 1 again! I can't wait to see what happens next. The only thing I can say is that I hope Lelouch ends up a little better of than Light (Death Note) did. I kind of felt sorry for him. Anyway, I'm rooting for Lelouch. How about you guys? Lelouch or Suzaku?

Yeah, there was a special VIP viewing of the first episode of R2 on 3.15.08. Only a select group of people were able to watch it. Those people then wrote about it and posted their summaries on the internet.
The episode begins with Lelouch with out his Perma-Geass and he has lost his memory of the OotBK and his Geass and stuff.

I started this wall a couple days ago and got close to finishing today. I've got it pretty much done/looking like a finished product.

I'm looking at it myself and I know the proportions are slightly off in some areas, anyone wanna point 'em out in particular? I don't really know what to make bigger, smaller, longer, and I'm getting kinda lazy and don't really wanna go analyze it myself.

What would make it cooler/better? Any suggestions? I am open to any critizisms, just don't be too rough x__x;
