Phase 41: Refrain.

Parted with Dullindal's ideal and was shot down by his pursuers, Athrun was saved by ArchAngel. In the midst of humility and pain, he looked back in the past to find the perpetrator of all this...
On the other hand, Kira flew again because Lacus was in danger. Desperatly, he asked Athrun what the future will be like as the war escalates.

Phase 42: Freedom and Justice.

The Orb Force was completely suppressed by ZAFT's attack. Cagalli's Akatsuki went up against Shinn and Destiny, who launched on the reason of "I'll strike at Orb myself". But danger loomed in the face of difference in strength. Just when she was about to be shot down, S-Freedom appeared in the sky, as well as I-Justice...

Phase 43: Sound of Counterstrike.

Determined, Athrun piloted I-Justce, and headed for Kira's S-Freedom, which is engaging Destiny and Legend. Athrun asked Shinn "What exactly is your true wish?" However, in the middle of the battle, Djibril planned to escape...

Phase 44: Two Lacus'

Posing as Head of Orb, Cagalli held a press conference on the previous battles, and the PLANT side countered with Meer's statements. However, Lacus, who finally made her appearance and posed as the real thing, placed the world into a state of confusion. Dullindal, as well as Djibril, continued to act while holding their own thoughts

Phase 39: Kira of the Sky.

Upon hearing the fall of Heaven's Base, Lacus felt impending danger of Orb being the next target for attack. She contemplated the idea of Dullindal's building of a new world combining Earth and PLANTs. At the same time, DaCosta retrieved a "note" from the abandoned Mandel Colony.

Phase 40: The Golden Will.

After receiving inteligence that Djibril had escaped to Orb, ZAFT fleet prepared to sortie. Minerva also received the order for action. In reply to ZAFT's demand to extradite Djibril, the head of Orb answered that "Djibril is not here". This gave ZAFT an excuse to attack. Trying to save her homeland, Cagalli decided to participate as well, and Kisaka gives her an MS left by Uzumi, the "Akatsuki".

Phase 41: No Info.

Phase 42: Freedom, Justice and...

With the brutal attacks from Shinn's Destiny, Cagalli was in grave danger. At the same time, Kira with the new Freedom appeared, and engaged fiercely in battle with Shinn. Also, another new MS appeared..

4 New, Great Gundams Appear!

Infinite Justice Gundam (Pilot: Unknown) - Created together with the Strike Freedom. It flies freely on its back-mounted Lifter while beams on its wings and legs tear enemies to pieces.

Strike Freedom Gundam (Pilot: Kira Yamato) - Freedom's successor, which Lacus had developed for Kira. Possesses firepower that exceeds Freedom's and is equipped with a DRAGOON system.

Legend Gundam (Pilot: Rey Za Burrel) - A unit in the vein of the Providence with a DRAGOON system which can simultaneously attack multiple enemies from every direction through the use of sub-units that detach from its back.

wow now we know how the LOGOS get the advantage when zaft and earth forces attack heavens base...also rumours say that stellar sister pilots one of the destroys but i doubt it...and we also know that Strike Freedom and Infinite Justice are made by the Clyne Faction not stolen lol...interesting stuff

Finally parting ways with Dullindal, Athrun leaves Gibratar base.
Taking his helper Meyrin with him, he takes off on a Gouf.
After discovering that, Dullindal gave the cold order "Permission to shot him down"
Chasing after Athrun with Rey, Shinn is deeply troubled . Are they really gonna shoot him down? However, is the final answer that Shinn's gonna come up with really what Dullindal has instructed? Once again, Shinn breaks his SEED and goes to shoot Athrun...!

Dullindal demands the extradition of Logos members who have escaped into Heavens Base. During this time, Shinn confronts Lunamaria. Understanding the pain of losing the one he loves, Shinn promised to Lunamaria that "He will protect her." Suddenly, the EAF launches a pre-emptive attack. The overwhelming power of the Destroy Gundam herded the ZAFT forces. However with his burning vengeance, Shinn was even able to turn the tides of the battle, which had tilted towards the EAF.

Lacus, having returned to PLANT, has been searching "something" which has been concealed. It was something which may reveal Dullindal's true intentions. Lacus was finally able to get her hands on a fragment of that thing. However, just as she was about to return to Kira's side, ZAFT forces stand in her way. When all seems hopeless, Kira arrives in space with the Strike Rouge.

Shinn was praised by Dullindal for his valiant fight at heavens base. Discarding all the weakness he had during his diemma of whether he should fire at Athrun or not, Shinn was completely engrossed in his determination to get stronger. At that time, they received information that Djibril, who escaped Heavens Base alone, is hiding in Orb. The spearhead of Shinn's hatred begins to target Orb....

Ep 38 -
"A New Flag" - Dullindal tells the LOGOS to surrender at Heavens Base. Shinn and Lunamaria stand by as the deadline approaches. Shinn promises Luna that he will protect her. All the suddenly, Earth Alliance attacks. ZAFT forces are pushed back by the Destroy Gundam. Embroiled in revenge, Shinn reverses the battle in favor of ZAFT.

Ep 39 -
"Kira of the Sky" - Lacus secretly returns to PLANT looking for the evidence, which will uncover Dullindal's true motives. She successfully finds it. As she tries to return, she comes under ZAFT's pursuit. However, Kira piloting Strike Rouge comes to the rescue.

Ep 40 -
"Golden Will" - Dullindal praises Shinn for his fight at Heavens Base. Shinn is determined to become stronger by forgetting the weakness he encountered when he shot down Athrun. Rumor spreads that Djibril, the only person to flee Heavens Base, escaped to Orb. Shinn starts to point his hatred toward Orb...

ZGMF-X901S FORTUNE GUNDAM

Labeled as the "Destiny", the main machine of the "Destiny Plan". Piloted by the Chairman (Gilbert Dullindal). Destiny is only the prototype for this Gundam.

The abilities of this Gundam surpass that of Destiny. Its back pack has wings that can emit a huge beam shield and besides the spreading purpose, it can protect an entire force of MS units. It is also equipped with Dragoon system and a small scale Gamma ray cannon known as "ZYKON CRAFT". This is the ultimate offensive and defensive Gundam ever manufactured.

Now my predictions has come true about a Gundam with Dragoon system, positron deflector and most importantly the Gamma ray cannon similar to GENESIS!!! And who said it can't happen? Well now I beginning to believe maybe Dullindal is part of LOGOS and who else can have the blueprints of Destroy and also build something like Destiny, Legend and now this monster known as Fortune!! Besides, there is no way Dullindal is going to rely on Shinn and Destiny to accomplish his plan. Like I said before Dullindal is an evil genius, he will do any means necessary to defeat his enemies and succeed his Destiny Plan. Now that the final weapon has been revealed, I hoped it's unlike Providence who came out only for 2 episodes and then the end of another powerful Gundam. But then I think Dullindal will mostly use it to protect PLANT against Requiem and Jibril will be shocked till he wet his pants. Therefore it will be Strike Freedom, Infinite Justice and Destiny vs. Legend and ... Fortune. Don't be surprised by this handicap as I believe Fortune is more than the ability of 2 Gundams combined. Wahahahahaha"

The blog states the staff will be made up so it will completely go away from SEED. The same post mentions Zeta and SEED will be the bulk of future model kit releases until this new series airs.

While information posted at Useless Plamoya-san's Diary have been reliable in the past, take this news with some grain of salt.
