"Well, the image is only jagged if your not viewing it in the full 1600 however the text is... yeah a lil stale, gonna have to rethink that part a bit.. as for background, im working with gimp so my possibilities are a bit limited, but i should be able to come up with something for it. thanks for the honesty and not blowing steam up my @$$ ^_^"

"Kk this is a great image i found of killface from frisky dingo. I just had to make a wallpaper out of it. the word "doom" is taken from an episode where he sends out postcards that say "welcome to you're DOOM" and yes that is improper english that was one of the jokes in the episode. the background was a scan taken from akira, which i think is suitable seeing as both tetsuo and killface both have that god complex thing going on.

"Kk, this is my second attempt at making a good wall with this scan of L from Death Note.. I Completely reworked the entire background idea into what you see here using the original Font from the Manga Series and added a bit of depth perception for a slight 3d effect.. I hope you all like it =)

How long does it take to read manga?

"I cant read anything intensively... i know it sounds dumb but ive never even finished an american comic book and those things are like 20pages and mostly pictures.. just hard for me to sit down and stay focused i guess... i have to watch all my anime.. i guess watching dubbed w/ subtitles is the most reading i do ^_^"

"Thats nice, a little hard to make out without getting up close to it... maybe a larger image centered on the back w/ text on the front where you have the Image currently.. or centered as well... I would play around with it a bit, see what all I could do =D"

"The only dream I really remember is one that is re-occuring ever since I was a little kid..

It starts out with me and my family at the carnival and we decide to walk through the house of mirrors. Once we get inside the floors start opening up and traps of shark tanks and spike pits are found below each of them and as we race throughout the maze and are nearing the end one last trap pit opens and my entire family jumps first and clears it, then I jump and make it across but my shoestring is hanging over the edge and a shark pulls me into the water and I wake up... it sucks everytime it happens"

"So yeah, I've been an anime wallpaper fanatic since like forever and I want to try my hand at making one of my own, however, I don't have any money to spend on really expensive programs. So are there any programs that are free and really worth using?(and also relatively user friendly to a complete novice at the whole editing process thing) If you know of several, I would love to hear the pro's and con's of the differences between them.

"Ok, I love anime wallpapers... I've been downloading them for years and thoroughly appreciate the time and effort every individual has put into their wallpapers. However, Ive never tried to make my own beyond messing around with MSpaint (ewww, i know) and I dont have any money to purchase a nice program to make my own wallpaper. So, I would love if anyone has any knowledge of some decent programs that are free and relatively easy to get started with... keep in mind, Ive never tried this before so I could probably use the most user friendly thing available.
