No, don't post there! X_X there's are like 5 other threads on the same topic, where you question is answered. *slaps her forehead* prolly too late now...
"I was planning on waiting for Triad to sub this, they announced it but it will take quite a while for them to finish. Their work subbing Beyond the Clouds was the best fansub job I have ever seen. I can't imagine the professionals doing a better job than they did." View

"I think that Canada will (finally) annex the US leading to the United Provinces of North America (UPNA). The Canadian invasion will be made possible due to a mind control device hidden in the Purcell mountains that forces all the bears and moose into the US to release their destructive forces upon the general populous.
I agree that we will be all dead, except our supreme leader Paul Martin who is immortal due to cybernetic implants made possible in 2054." View

"For me its gotta be Koshiro and Nanoka from Koi Kaze.
"I would second the recommendation to buy the Fruits Basket DVDs. The anime for one is outstanding, but more importantly I recommend buying it because of its superb transition to US/CA DVD release. This is because the licensing company for this anime Funimation consistently does a great job of putting their shows onto R1 DVD release. Quite noticeable is they actually have good people doing the QC on the subs. So there arenâ??t the annoying problems of typos or poorly timed subtitles.
"Something that no one has mentioned is Texhnolyze. It runs along the lines of GitS and Lain quite well, as it combines both dark and philosophical elements. Its a scifi show that revolves around a exceedingly non-verbal character, who was formally a boxer and has entered the governing elite of the area. The show mostly focuses on the struggle for power witch is control of RAFIA, a material that allows the replacement of arms, legs ect. This process is called texhnolyze.
Also another show worth checking out is Kino's Travels (Kino's Journey on the R1 DVD version). Its a series of short stories that features the main character Kino traveling to different countries in each episode. Kino is an observer to the people of the country and the episode always espouses some sort of philosophical idea. A real treat if you are a fan of any type of philosophy!
