"Could of sworn caffeine is a form of a stimulant. Its an additive. You can get withdrawals though most of the population is tolerant to it.

Caffeine is safe unless you overdose. It has many positive effects, probably the only negative effect is sleeping problems :P (excluding massive usage of caffeine).

I myself use soda instead, energy drinks is somewhat expensive heh (Like 2 bucks a can here). It is cheaper than coffee though xD. I like AMP flavor, red bull is meh, I havent tried Rockstar nor Full Throttle."

"200 MG of caffeine should be enough for the day :P. I dont like coffee or tea. I would like to try those energy mints (Foosh mints :O). I either drink Soda or energy drink if needed (Last minute cramming xD). I prefer cold drinks over hot drinks xD. "
