The things i didnt like were the twist with Elizabeth falling in love with Jack at the end. i already like her and Will together, i dont like it when they chage the love interests. tho she did cause jack to be eaten by the Kraken, but she was very sad about it.



Um that was the best part.

And i think it was definately not worth waiting in a line for an hour just to get into the theater. Average movie. But hey it was free for me haha."

"The samurai champloo dubbing blew me away when i first heard them. I even think they're better than the japanese VO's. Even the small roles are well done. (never before seen in eng dubs) And i used to consider myself a subtitle purist. So yeah i still kinda cant believe it haha."

"Cartoon Network does something called demographing where they analyze anime in Japan and see if it could fare well in the US. The anime could be very well made, very well recieved in Japan, but America is a completely different demographic, with completely different tastes.
Thats why they find the shittiest animes and bring em here and they do so well (naruto, inuyasha, one piece).
And if its a good anime (FullMetalAlchemist) they make sure they shit on it as much as possible to make it as americanized as can be."

"Dir en Grey is really the only j-band i semi like. And only because of their "Withering to Death" album. Fuck all they're previous happy-yay pop albums like Gauze. Garbage, Dead Tree, and saku are some good songs from that group. And even then, I just dont really listen to them as I do to american bands, (still hate america and its mainstream society though) Oh wait Turmion Katilot isnt american oh but not Jap either heh."

You aren't wrong, but it's just pointless. Why invest in something that doesn't benefit you? I sound like a corporate person, but that's how reality is. You don't pay for the opportunity cost for nothing, you don't invest your life in a going-in-no-direction subject, you don't waste your life for nothing.
