After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!

"@ Horus 46: You should consider it. There are plenty anime series out there that are much better than Naruto and Bleach. Even action packed series with fight scenes that are actually worth watching and without taking 5 minutes to explain the move that was just used. You should try show's like Samurai Champloo, Fate/ Stay Night en Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann."View

"@ Crimson Cyanide: I thougth they explained that with Yukari's magic at the beginning of episode ten, but I could be wrong.I just hope we'll get the nice fight scenes in the last two episodes. It would be a shame if the series ended with the same routine it has been using in almost every episode."

"The story is entertaining but the storytelling is awfully slow. I just have the feeling that thew could've easily fitted the story in less episodes.I'm curious to the old lady who used to serve Makoto's grandmother. She seems to know a lot about everything that's going on. The black cars and the people in black suits she meets with make me curious as well, Yakuza maybe?
I also like the design of the main characters of the series, the gar, the moe, the fabulous and of course, everyone's favorite loli Miyako."

"I dropped Naruto after the 20th episode and dropped Bleach recently too. It just took me longer to realize that the show was worthless than with Naruto. I think the main reason both shows are so bad is that the creators keep stretching te storyline to avoid catching up with the manga. Bleach was decent at first but lost it completely after the first filler arc. This could also be because Kubo decided to recycle the "let's venture into a strange realm with a ragtag group of my friends to save mah waifu" plot. I don't think either of this series can be saved. We should just al drop them and hope the'll stop making them."View

"It's a pretty generic fanservice anime, but I like it anyway. I think it has something to do with the monsters and the artwork. The comedy elements can be pretty fun sometimes as well (I laughed for five minutes during the first "Moka-san... Tsukune... etc." part). Ther is also, of course, Mizore. She makes the entire series seem worthwhile.Episode ten was decent at least, although it is obvious that Gainax did animation in this one, and a lot of it if I'm not mistaken. Episode eleven is back to the generic formula we've seen in episodes one through eight, but it gives a hint to some nice story development in the next episodes. I'm not expecting to much, but I'm certainly looking forward to it."

"Is it just me or does every villager in H2O makes the people from Hinamizawa look completely sane? Nobody in their right mind would kill a little girl only beacause of her family name. The entire story seems a little far-fetched to me, but what do I know.Also the fact that appearantly he has been blind the entire time is a little strange. I'm sure that would make some situations in the previous episodes completely impossible (although I'm not interested in this series enough to rewatch it).
I am curious to how they are planning to end all this though. I wonder if they can turn this into a happy ending after all that has happened."

"Wow, it's been a while since I was last here... Half a year or something.@Stievu: Who is this "Fuuko-chan" you speak of? I'm geting warm and fuzzy inside and I have the feeling that I'm almost remembering something.
Anyway, here is some comment on the latest episodes:
I don't really like the direction Clannad is taking. It really went downhill since the first arc. The comedy is still good but the drama doesn't really impress me. Nagisa's arc has only been dissapointing so far. The fact that her parents ... just isn't as big of a secret as I hoped it would be.
Maybe the next episode will surprise me in a positve way, who knows? At least I hope it will, it would be a shame if a decent series like this would go down with a boring end."

"It's highly unlikely that a second season of the Claymore anime will be made. The ending, which was different from te manga, isn't even te biggest problem standing in the way of a possible second season. The main source of trouble is the number of chapters that would be needed to fill out a complete second season. The manga is currently only barely past the point where the anime ended. It would take many more years before enough storyline material is accumulated to create a second season.I do think there is a chance we'll get an OVA though. The Claymore ES chapters would make beautifull OVA's, and they give roughly the material for two or four episodes. Regretfully I sincirely doubt the'll make an OVA as well, but it would probably be epic if it where made. "

"Since this subforum is rather empty I'll just start a thread. What do you think of this new series?I personally liked the first episode, but it's easy to see where the anime comes from. It just felt like watching Kanon again. I just hope that Clannad will leave a better impression on me than Kanon did (it wasn't bad but it wasn't really good either).
I think I'll wait for the second episode to decide if I'm going to watch this series every week or if I'll just watch it when it's finished."

" This thread is going to be full of spoilers obviouslyI was wondering what other people thought of the ending of Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann. Personally I have mixed feelings. The fight against the anti-spirals with Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann (the mech, not the series) was awesome and the scale of the whole fight was just great. Up to this point everything still went as I expected of this series; but not that much later it happened... They let Nia die.
I thought Nia's death didn't fit the series at all. Simon is not a person that would just let Nia die like that. Through the whole series the Dai-Gurren brigade faced challenges that seemed impossible to overcome, but they still took them on and were victorious every single time. But in the end Simon just lets Nia die without even trying to save her..."

"I haven't seen it (waiting for Shinsen) but it was only the OP that got censored right? I heard they took Rena's bloody axe/cleaver out. I guess that image would be a little offensive after the incident, and it's not like anyone is bothered by not seeing it.The intro this season is okay indeed, but it isn't nearly as good as the first opening. I just loved the rotating flowers in the beginning and just the overal style it had. The music was better too in my opinion. I really can't say much about the ED, I've been skipping it since episode two."

"@ MajorOcelot: You're welcome.Apparently, SUN TV (one of the stations that features Higurashi) aired episode twelve, so it will probably be subbed soon. It's good that somebody still decided to air it. It would have been a shame if we would have to wait for the dvd releases to watch episode 12 and further. Episode 12 of school days hasn't aired anywhere yet though, I'm not watching it myself but I feel a little sorry for the people who are... Especially because it is the final episode."

"@ MayorOcelot: It is currently airing, it's called Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Kai.Anyway, now what I came here for: It appears that episode 12 hasn't aired. In Japan, a young girl killed her father with an axe, as a result, both episode 12 of Higurashi and episode 12 of School Days got pulled. At the moment it isn't clear if any other stations will still air Higurashi and School Days, but let's hope they will."
