After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!

"A third season would be hitting a dead horse with an electrified aluminum bat. There's really not much to pick up on, except the vague end of R2.Then again, they threw the ending of R1 away for a completely new season anyway. OVAs would be stretching the life of Code Geass."

"I like WavPacks because it makes me feel superior to all the people who listen to FLACs and 320kb/s MP3s, even though I mostly can't tell the difference between the three. :D I find that lossless formats & AAC-LC also have 'fuller' sound than MP3, but I can't put my finger on why. In any case, for library and e-penis purposes I use AAC-LC, since I think it stupid to have some huge 1200kb/s file if I can't tell the difference if it were much smaller.That and I don't have the space for 30-40MB per song. :)"

"I've found that Deluge is more aggressive with finding seeds and peers than uTorrent, but then again Deluge crashes on Windows constantly but runs flawlessly on Linux. It's easier, however, to organize torrents in uTorrent due to the categorization/tagging system, so I always download and seed using uTorrent on Windows.I hate Azureus because it turned into a monstrosity called Vuze. The original Azureus, though, I cannot deny since it was my first client; I had a very good experience with it and the plugins made me smile."

"I take series' taking a complete left turn pretty okay. For H2O, that was a disaster of an end with a utterly horrible quick wrapup, and so I was sternfaced for an hour after the last episode, at the most. Code Geass goes in all directions, and so one must brace for impact for any sudden change, which happens nearly every episode. For Evangelion, I just skipped the last two episodes because I'm not a NEET that can relate to Shinji's mindset in any way.In any case, I just run off and look for doujins if I don't see something I wanted to happen. For example, hot lesbian sex in StrikerS with Nanoha and Fate.

"I changed distros from Ubuntu to Arch. Boy, was that a hop or what? I especially enjoyed Arch because of the entertainment and challenge of building it from CLI up using their beginners' guide. If there's anything I learned from migrating over, it's the horrible pain in the arse that is installing X and getting everything working, kernel upgrades, and iwconfig. :)"View

"The best video codec for space-saving encoding would be H264, the fastest largest most worthwhile being MPEG2, and the middleman being Xvid/DivX. The best audio codec is AAC, hands down.Take a visit to the Doom9 forums, and lurk for around a week and you'll get the gist of encoding possibilities.

Now, recommendations. meGUI should do well for anything provided you have Avisynth experience (which I doubt since you're new to this). Learning to use Avisynth is crucial when entering the encoding 'scene', as almost all the tools use it at one time or another. Use H264 only for archive or size-dependent MKV/MP4 distribution purposes, as a 1:30 video would take very, very long to encode. I'd say maybe half a day with an E6600. Otherwise, use Xvid for a good balance between quality and size. 700MB will encode a SD-DVD into a great Xvid AVI. As for audio, use AAC always. Usually just do a low-complexity 96kpbs, as that turns out to be something kind of equivalent to a 196kbps MP3.

"Great show; love and always will love Horo. Lawrence too, but more of a "I wish I was you" thing. :PAlso, for those who don't know, the seiyus for Lawrence & Horo pair with Lelouch and Kallen. Kosimizu (Horo's) is also known for Tenma in School Rumble, Claes in Gunslinger Girl, and Nanaka in Myself;Yourself. Fukuyama (Lawrence/Lulu) is known for the two roles he plays now, as I haven't watched any of the series that he stars in, besides Rental Magica's first episode."

"She's naked, definitely. What surprises me is that the Japanese broadcast system agreed to the content, a naked Horo without nipples or a vagoo. They can't display red blood but they can display this. :PI like this series so far, and I'm afraid that a storyline will burst my little volatile bubble that always gets bursted. At least Lawrence isn't going "OMG SEX" all the time, that's good enough for me."
