Can you listen to music while reading manga?

"I usually find that if there's any background noise while I'm reading, I'll continue reading just fine, but suddenly I realize that I'm like...auto reading, and it's not really sinking in. This makes me have to go back and reread what I just finished.

Even if it's very soft music in the background, still messes me up. :S"

Heh, well I'll reply anyway. You're off to a decent start as the previous poster already stated, but I do agree you need to use much more diversity in the wording. There's a lot of different ways you can get the same message across without having to repeat a character's name, or overuse the same nouns. Don't be afraid to study the writing style of another writer, or even use a thesaurus if needed. It's not cheating, it's actually a good way to learn. :)"

"For a first attempt, it's quite good. It looks like you took your time, and the coloring is well done. I think it would probably look better with flatter colors though, being that it is drawn in anime style. Maybe that's not the right wording, but what I'm talking about is the blurred airbrush style of the brushes. They tend to give a rounded look rather than the flat anime style.

Maybe that's what you intended though, I dunno, just giving my thoughts on it. :)"

Best/Worst/Easiest/Herdest Bossess

"Best: Assuming this is favorite, I don't know...I could name several, but I'll say the end boss in Suikoden II. I won't say name since it might be a spoiler, but I found the approach to the fight original and fun.

Hardest: Iseria Queen from Star Ocean II when playing on Universe Mode. Very fast-paced battle and she one-shots your characters constantly. Can easily take 45 minutes to beat.

Easiest: Heh I have no idea, sorry. There's hundreds really."

"I could name some things that need improving, but I don't think it's really necessary. There's a few proportion issues and some lines could be better defined, but really those are just things that disappear over time.
