Shoot, I wish back in my high school I was asked to see interesting movies like that. I hated Moby-Dick >.<

Although now in college I was asked to see(and of course, write a paper of ;)) The Last Samurai and The Girl With The Pearl Earring. Now those were good movies.

I just wonder why they would ask you in High School to see The Prince of Egypt? What class was that for?"

I'm going to embarassed myself a bit today and show you some drawings I've made a couple of months ago. Don't laugh, please! :lol: I don't draw often (which is very unfortunate since I can't improve my skills). Sorry that they are kind of small, but they come from my portfolio site and I doubt I saved a bigger version of it when I scanned it. Although, if you sincerely want to see a larger version, I can always re-scan the image and show you.

"For me, I have to go with Mulan and Pocahontas. Those two movies, although I'm old...okay, not that old, but old enough to lay off Disney movies...I still love and don't care to watch over and over again.

"Haven't read the manga, but did see the OVA. If the anime is true to the manga then there is no doubt in my mind that I would of had enjoyed it. I loved the OVAs, although they were short.

The only thing I don't like about Inu Yasha is its dubbed version. Whenever I hear KAGEAUMAY's voice, it makes me want to throw something really really hard. XD

I agreed with you wholeheartly. I had orginally bought much of my series in subs so I was fine. Saw Inuyasha in Cartoon Network dubbed and I was about to seriosly send some sort of mail to the American Distributers and ask them, "Can't you afford a better actress for the voice of Kagome?""

"Defenitly Fushigi Yugi - oh the things that happens to poor Miaka and her companions! This series really has enough comedy to alleviate all the tragedy.
Another one is Rurouni Kenshin - :lol: Kenshin and Sanosuke are HILARIOUS!
Trigun - Made me laugh to the bones, but the sub not the dub version.
Real Bout High School, Snow Fairy Sugar, Pretear, Inuyasha, Magic Knights Rayearth, and the one episode I saw of Full Metal Panic and Full Metal Panic Fumoffu.

I'm Korean. Born and Raised in NJ. I'm a little bit of North and mostly South Korean not that there is any real difference. I only speak Korean to adults and my parents. Not really fluent in the language though.

Anime Voice

"I don't know if this is where I should be posting this, but I've been having this idea for quite a while now and I want to share them with you and ask for your honest opinion, and possibly, help.
You see, I love singing and acting, and I wish to one day actually become a voice actress or a singer. I know of a lot of other people at my school that are also interested in this sort of things, so, since I'm a Web Designer I wondred, "Why not make an anime site where anyone can post clips of them singing anime songs or acting out small lines?"

So that is my plan. I want to create a website which allows anyone to upload clips of them either singing an anime song, or acting a part of their favorite characters.

I was thinking of naming the site "Anime Voice", for obvious reasons and it'll be open to anyone who loves anime and who would like to sing or become a voice actor/actress one day, or who is just interested in doing it for fun! Who knows, if the site becomes popular, a big producer might just surf through it, hear you, and hire you.

It's a big plan that I have, and I want to start building the foundations slowly first so that it'll be stable. I want to know what you think of it, if you have any suggestions, and most of all, if you like it and are willing to co-operate in this big project that, I believe given enough hard work and time, can come out as something fun and probably beneficial for everyone who's involved."

"I am girl, but I say Rikku is pretty hot. Her costumes in X-2 kicks ass and I really love that trasformation she had from FFX to FFX-2. She looks sexier, but still manages to keep her childish, happy-go-lucky personality and those costumes!!
