I Am Aware Of What Is Written In The FAQ.
I´m not a mediocre waller.
And I would never use the original image [By mean, the same pixels], for doing a wallpaper.
As you just said: The result is crap.

I work with vector. I´m planning to do something of high quality. Not putting a screenshot on a 1600x1200 canvas, doing some blur, and then submit it.

I´m planning to do a wallpaper from a fan-art, and it doesn´t say very clearly what the reglament means.

"Wallpapers made from fan art by recognised or highly skilled artists must be submitted to the artist's category. Not the series - indicate the series in your description. This helps us to keep tabs on what is "fan art" and what is not."

That means the fan-art must be done by the skilled artist, or a very high quality fan-wallpaper made by me? I´m sorry, but for not making a mistake I must to ask it.

For example: The artist category of Katsuhiro Otomo doesn´t exist now. Then I can request it and doing that an administrator made it. Then the category is operating and I can use it. But then would I have to search for fan-arts made by Otomo and do a wallpaper from the scan?

I think also the board of the artist alley of the forum section, is entirely full of non-wallpaper fanart. And in the FAQ is wrote that it´s for walls.

Please, clarify my doubts.

"It looks like cut & paste. The contrast is not agreeable. The blood doesn´t look like blood. The entire wallpaper get tired the eyes. Put to it more effort.
In this site the administrators don´t let this kind of wallpapers to pass, because they´re very exigent. Do more.

"The vector looks very harsh, and the Utena and other objects on the wallpaper look like cut & paste. Give to it some fusion and continuity, and more attention to the vector. I don´t think of saying something of the colors... ...The tastes for it are subjective. Use the combination that you would want every single time. I particulary hate red color...
Not considering those pointings, it could be good...

"The colors are very good, excellent. The lighting is good... ... ...You just have to improve the lineart and texture. You can change the tone of the red shadows (By the over-exposing), and take off the metallic effect on the text.

"I have a great idea! Is the same for me about those circles, but you can change the colors: Try changing the light gray by a lilac very similar in matice, or a lilac more vivid, and get more dark the red elements.
You can also modify- If you like- the oval that contents the character and the text, for that it could look in the way that it doesn´t be so invasive and close to the edges. You could apply- To the edges of the oval- a motive, or do some effect of ramification or some interesting desing to it.
I spect that my suggestion shall be useful to you.

The drawing is agreeble, the character has a challenging attitude; and the theme is different than the others (Wich is- As I- the atractive thing). I don´t care about rozen maiden anime, but I like your wall. If you want something else, I can say that you could change the colors or try another matice, be cause I don´t like them...
