" Hello AP!!This has been on my mind for some time now~With being on net communities like this and the liking,you interact with all sorts of people,especially with those who run it.Some are no different than your everyday net user,giving out their opinions and helping when they can,while others are so stern with their job that they remind you of your math teacher when she gets mad at you for sleeping in class.And others are...well,let's just say not very favorable people ^^;.I speak of the moderators and the administrators that run and regulate just about every messageboard or community on the internet.
So my question for you AP,in your own words,what do moderators and administrators personify? What are their obligations besides running the site? Also,if you became an moderator or administrator,how would you conduct yourself?
To me,being an administrator or a moderator means that you are a leader.You made a website to attract people for a common purpose or for entertainment,not just to share and discuss different things,but for them to enjoy themselves in unison.You have to be an example of what someone does when they are in a position of power and treat them the same like you would.Be stern but fair,and act in a manner you normally would while still up holding your duties to the community.Most importantly,be yourself,there's no sense in being uptight about what you have to do for the site all the time XD.
If I were a moderator or an administrator,I think I'd still be the same like I normally am,though I'd probably be grouchy when I have to do maintenance or whatever.I wouldn't like everyone cringing everytime they see me or kissing up to me,I would just want them to act like they always would and be respectful,that's all.Though,people showing admiration for you is nice,it shows that you are loved and appreciated.
Anyway,feel free to sound off,and for those of you who have had bad run-ins with mods or admins,try not to sound too derogatory ^_^;."

" Back on Minitokyo,people spoke of a site that had better scans and what have you than MT it's self.Some of the memebers who submitted wallpapers would also provide links to the said site that they also uploaded to.So I checked it out and was like "OMG this place is cool" and joined...but didnt't really do much with that acount because I was too lazy to earn papers for scans and stuff.Years later after getting fed up with what MT was turning into,I rejoined Animepapers and so here I am."

" G'day/afternoon/evening! My name is GintheTwilightswords.Some of you may know me from Minitokyo,which I have been a member of for 4 years.I did have a account with animepaper,but I couldn't remember what I did with my user information ^-^' (that account probably got deactivated anyway).I do draw and aspire to make wallpapers,however I do not possess a scanner or photoshop at the moment.However,I do hope to come across those things at one point or another.I hope to meet some of my MT counterparts here and to become quite an active member here in the coming months.Nice to meet you all ^-^."
