Anyway I don't like to see twice the chara on the same wall, I think it would be better if you use the secon scan too make the background of the banner… but it might be only my mind!^^
And there are still too much blank spaces on the background maybe you should fill or add texture to theses spaces. ;)

"I think you should add a text to fill the space on the bottom left.
And vectoring the scan would be great!If you vector it you could simplify it (the chara : hairs and expression) and make a wall much more attractive !

To give you an exemple of what I mean I saw a wall which got a similar effect but in white, look : here
Look the hairs and the face of the chara, I think this kind of vector would be great !
