This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

"I have been having that problem more lately too. I am trying to get scans, and I get that stupid box with the red "X" in it. Nothing I do seems to help and I can't figure it out. It still deducts papers though. I am at a loss. "View

"My scan was one of the sides of the insert for the Perfect Blue DVD, american release. I had to request a new category for it because there were no existing scans about Perfect Blue. Thank you for your reply. "View

"Ok, so here is my situation: I am trying to upload some scans, but so far have been unable to get them to submit right. I fill out all of the form fields on the submittion form and I am pretty sure that my scan conforms to the requirements, but when I click "submit", my browser (Explorer) takes a long time to load, which is assumably the file itself transferring, then after a long time with the progress bar sitting at 100%, the page refreshes to the picking of "upload scan or upload wall" page. At first I thought that maybe there was just to submission confirmation page, but It has been like 3 or 4 days since I tried to upload the scan (I tried more than once) and there is still no response of anykind. Hopefully someone can help.On another side note: I found a user who leeched off of my comments, on the comments of the wall found here: Full-Metal-Alchemist/item28598/1/
My comment is on page one, and I worked sort of hard to try and come up with something that would benefit the artist, but then on page two, some other user cut and pasted my whole comment (like half of a page in word) and added like two lines to try to pass it off as his own! What the hell man! Normally I wouldn't care, but come on! Anyone know anything I can do about people leeching on my comments? "
