Being that it is the Japanese word for comic, it would make sense that anything that falls under manga would be Japanese as well. Anything that isn't a Japanese comic really doesn't belong in the manga category in my opinion.

i agress, as well :o I'm not saying that all of it is bad, but the feeling i get from reading American ones is that it's just not as... well formated and drawn with as much detail as the Japanese ones. I'm not saying that in the future, they'l lcome out with better ones, but they've got a lot of catching up to do to reach japanese standards, in my opinion =\"

"In my opinion, manga is better. Sometimes the anime can like totally go off track with fillers, and sometimes the animation can disapoint. I like the manga because you can admire the art whenever you want without having to puase your DVD player haha."
