After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! Most Annoying Thing In A Game

"I recently started playing Magna Carta: Tears of Blood for the PS2 and that's a perfect example of all the annoying things to me in a video game combined.(1) First off is the camera view in Magna Carta. Oh my gosh, why didn't the developers include camera adjustments!? Half the time I can't even see where I'm going or what's in front of me. The other half I keep going the same way I came because the camera switch from front view to back view, and I'm thinking I'm going backwards so I turn around.
(2) Next is the horrible cut scenes timing. I really love cut scenes in a video game, they are definitely a bonus (if they happen at the right time). Kingdom Hearts II is a perfect example of great cut-scenes that not only can you skip and pause at will but they are amazingly done.
Well anyway, on to the annoying things like in Magna Carta, their voice-overs doesn't even match the character's moving lips! And most times the cuts are short and really pointless. I mean I'm going into a battle and you need some cut scene for some idle chatter with the enemy with no meaning at all. Just a waste of time when I died and have to watch it again *sigh*
(3) Some challenging and somewhat fun part is the battle system. Every RPG games have different ways of battling so it's interesting. But the bad part is (and in most games) is that there are WAY too many characters to train when you can only have three or four guys to a party. I HATE having to train all these characters (Magna Carta has like 8 characters right now that I need to train) cause they'll all need to go into battle eventually or when your strong guys end up dead and you're nowhere near a town so you HAVE to use the weaklings in reserve (ie. Final Fantasy XII).
Anyway, good character designs is the only non-annoying thing that comes to mind when playing Magna Carta cause it's good for the eyes xD "

"I've been a follower of KHR (manga) since the beginning but there some off and on stages, and at one point I totally forgot about it. It was definitely the Kokuyo (Mukuro) Arc that pulled me back and the Varia Arc that kept me in touch with the series. It's an underrated series for sure!The Daily Arc was funny but at one point I just didn't know where the series was going. There were some stories from the Daily Arc that I really liked but mostly because I did not like Haru (please don't hurt Haru-fans ><). But I guess she grew attached to me and she's alright.
I actually quite like how Tsuna is really useless LOL because then he has to train to get better, stronger. I love Tsuna in his HYPER dying-will mode much more that his dying-will since he became extremely cool (and frickin' amazing)!
Varia Arc is crazy! I really love this arc and got to see the seven guardians battle it out.
In terms of manga artwork, it improves so much later on so definitely look forward to that! The characters look amazing and the battles and such are really well done!
As for the anime, I recently got into it. The beginning was horrible and maybe I shouldn't compare it to the manga but I really did not enjoy it. But during the Battle for the Vongola Rings is when the anime became really good.

"Hmm... I would tune out the bad music like a flicking out a light. No I'm kidding, if the music fits with the theme of the anime then it's "good music". There's just some music that I like better because it suits my taste. But it's not really "bad" music if it fits the anime series' style. I wouldn't listen to .hack//sign OST but it definitely fits the style and theme of the anime so it's a good listen when watching the anime.Only the really awesome music like Air Gear Original Soundtrack and the 2nd ending for Gundam Seed (River by Tatsuya Ishi) will catch my attention. I don't like Techo music like most Gundam series but simply because it matches the anime so well that I don't mind it (but I wouldn't listen to it on my music player by itself). "

"I agree that Del Ray is the best company to publish manga because they do the best job at translating Japanese to English with translation notes at the end. Thanks gosh that they are doing Genshiken and xxxHolic otherwise I will cry at how horrible the translations are for these series! Especially Genshiken, since this is a manga about anime fandom, it's important to keep the translations as close to the original Japanese as possible and Del Ray does an excellent job of it.Viz is alright even though they don't keep the honorifics they are getting better at keeping the names (oh important are the names!) to the original. I remember reading Naruto in the English Shonen Jump and I daresay, it sux horribly. The name of the moves that that they translated it really made me want to rip it apart (ie. Neiji's Byakugan became the Evil Eye *cries*). Oh gosh, I'm glad that they changed some of the name. But I wouldn't get my mangas from them if I can help it.
Tokyopop, eh, they could be better but their manga selection is huge and they have most of the manga that I want to read. In terms of translations, they at least have honorifics. I can't say every translation is perfect since there are a couple of times when I ran into some wrong translation. But I don't mind getting my mangas from them.
The worst that I've experienced is ADV. They brutualized Tactics! I'm so disappointed. I'm glad Tokyopop picked it up, it's way better than ADV.
We can only pray that a good company like Del Ray pick up the good titles. "

"If my boyfriend hates anime...can't do anything about that ^^ It's not like I have one but if he doesn't like anime I wouldn't talk about it in front of him but at the same time I wouldn't want him to bash about it to me since I love anime xD Right? We have different taste and he just has to understand that I like and he doesn't. I'm not going to force him to like what I like and he shouldn't force me to not like it. But of course, he gets annoying we would probably go our separate ways. I'm not sticking around and listening to him rant about how anime sux, I already get enough of that from my friends :P "View

"Hmm...when it comes to anime I go for the animation. I can't stand watching a poor quailty anime ie. Naruto fillers (the horror!) and Eyeshield 21 (my favorite manga series gone down the drain). If the graphic or anime is great and consistent like Fullmetal Alchemist and Ergo Proxy then it's an anime I'll consider. I admit that the designs is what I look for first before I give the series a chance (hot guys and cool girls are a big plus ^__^). Next, The storyline has to be interesting, comedy, action and fighting are the genre that I look for. Drama and romance isn't my thing unless other elements like music or something that doesn't entirely focus on romance ie Nana. Fullmetal Alchemist and Death Note are a good example of anime that I look for when picking up a new series. "View

"I normally pick my manga base on the artwork. Yes, I shouldn't judge a book by it's cover but for manga it's mostly about the artwork is it not? haha, the easiest way to pick out a manga is to look at the who the artist is. Usually, any series by Clamp, I'll pick it up since the artwork is gorgeous and the story plot 'usually' great. The storyline comes second but it's also the most important part for me to actually continue to read the series. The artwork can but really amazing but if the storyline is boring or not to my liking then it's hard to keep reading the manga. "View

"Haha, I definitely agree that manga are not cheap so I usually bring enough money to buy three manga MAX. I have at least that much self control LOL but I usually do some research before buying a manga series. I check out the series from the publisher's websites and see if the series is worth buying first and then run to the nearest book store. If I can it on net then I'm not going to get the series since I really don't like how Tokyopop or Viz butcher the translations *shudder* Del Ray is not bad, I used to get xxxHolic from them since they keep most of the authenticity of the translation with notes at the end but now I have *other* ways of getting it now *nudge nudge* I still buy Genshiken series since I think it's easier than searching and downloading from net (but oh so expensive). I'm a shounen-ai/yaoi fangirl *cough cough* so sometimes it's embarrassing to buy them especially if the cashier is a guyView

"I love Air Gear! I simply love Oh!Great's work and I'm quite impressed that he can pull off such an interesting story such as Air Gear (I read Tenjou Tenge and it's a good series too). Though comparing the ecchi-ness level of Tenjou Tenge and Air Gear, Air Gear is definitely more settle and there's "more coverage" XDI agree with sapilaut. Oh!Great got a knack for fine detailings. The buildings, streets and houses are really crazy, there's just so much nice detailings! I;m especially impressed with the details of the AT, it just makes you go "awe", The logo designs are really creative too!
I don't like the anime as much as the manga. The censorship in the anime is really poorly done, I would have thought the animators would have come up with a better way to cover things up. If you look at the manga, Oh!Great does a much smoother job at the censorship. One thing I have to say though is that the OST for the anime is really awesome! Simply love every soundtrack on the CD, and I like the opening song and the beginning of it.
I like all the characters but my most favorite would have to be Agito/Akito (I like Agito more cause he has that bad boy hotnesss to him XD). But I love his double personality! Not to mention he (Agito) is just so cool! Akito got his cutesy side too, more like admiration towards Ikki though which is what I like. Kazu is cool too, he's like the hard worker that is waiting for his chance to shine over the main character LOL but I'm just waiting for any moment that he would shock us all.

"I'm loving Naruto Shippuuden, the first two episode totally reminded me why I like the anime series (since I was reading the manga already, my Naruto days didn't end quite yet). The opening was great, and I think the ending was just too cute! I miss Sasuke when he was with team 7 but seeing him again, I still think he is pretty cool (really like how Naruto, Sakura and Sasuke mirror the Three Lengendary Sannins).The animation was great, since the fillers animation really sucked and not to mention the storyline...a real tragedy. Anyway, the beginning of Shippuden surprised me a little, they jumped right into the first meeting with Sasuke (I thought I missed an episode or something). Very well done though, can't wait to see that episode.
Can't wait to see the next episodes, I'm just so happy that the fillers are finally over!"

"Interesting topic, having the power to manipulate time would have it's benefits like I would love to just stop time and get things done during the freeze moments but then again that would just screw up the rotation of the Earth LOL and I think that curing cancer would be a great thing to accomplish.I never thought of having power but if I think about it I would like to have the power to move things using my mind (psycho-kinesis is the word I think). With this power I wouldn't have to walk across the room to get a drink or better yet, I would be able to get things where I wouldn't be able to reach with my physical body (like under my bed where my mp3 slip down into XD). "Oh man, when I get sick it's not just the common cold that will get better in just a few days, it'll last for weeks! But even so I will still go to school even though I'm half dead and can't breath through my nose. It's pretty hard to concentrate on what the teacher is trying to say but I can at least write notes to look at after. All my friends usually go to school even though they are sick (though there are a few slackers that find any excuse to skip). I just think it doesn't feel right to miss school for just something like being sick though the hardest part is not going to sleep right when you get home XD"View

"There's tons of things that I wish from manga that are real in life such as all the delicious looking bishies! If there is one guy in reality that looks as good as Kamui Shirou from X/1999, I am set for life XD I also wish that comedic manga falls and pain was real in life LOL that way, everytime I slip on a patch of ice I wouldn't be in pain all day long (which reminds me, I'm still in a lot of pain!).There's still more things in manga like the clothes the characters wear are just so cool! But I think that if some of that flashiness of manga fashion was real in life it would be a little too weird (cause the wind wouldn't be blowing in the right for the clothes to look good XD). Other things that I wish that are real is the magical creatures and spirits such as Mokona (Rayearth, xxxHolic). That would be so wicked to see such a thing exist and interact. "

"I'm also watching Code Geass cause I really love Clamp's artwork and it's great to see that being animated. I'm also watching D.Gray-man though I haven't gotten the chance to really sit down and watch it (I've seen like four episodes? It's okay, it didn't really capture my attention). One anime that I'm watching is Tokyo Majin Gakuen Kenpuchou. There's only one episode right now, it's about zombie infesting the town and such. Not much of plot so far but the fight scenes are really awesome. The characters are pretty cool too. I'm giving Venus Versus Virus a chance and it's pretty good if you like cute girls with guns LOL.Not really a new anime but the one that I'm looking forward to the most is Naruto fillers ending! "

"One Piece is an awesome manga, I haven't seen the anime yet. Really awesome characters, they are all unique and some are simply hilarious! Can't really picked a fav character, probably Luffy since I love his charisma and his will to keep fighting for his nakama. His personality is so funny! I simply love his character and his seriousness at most times.Favorite scene, there's just so many but some of my favorite scenes could be a spolier so read it only if you are caught up in the manga:
Overall, I really love the manga but sometimes the fights get predictable, you know that they are going to win but at the same time I'm wondering how the heck are the Strawhats going to get out of the situation."

"I like listening to a few of DBSK (Dong Bang Shin Ki) like O and Rising Sun. Their PV for O is really awesome, I really enjoyed the dance sequences.Another group is Shinhwa, they made some really good songs but now they are doing their solo career. Some songs that I really like are Brand New, Hero, and The Perfect Man.
Se7en is good too, some of his hip hop ones are really good. His slowers songs are okay.
MOnday Kiz has a really nice song called Calling Calling (I think? I'm not too sure if it was translated correctly)."

"I love UVERWorld, I also got hooked right after hearing the opening for Bleach by them. The one that totally reeled me in the the single, Chance. Gosh, I'm totally inlove with that song! It's so upbeat and catchy that I will never get tried of it. Their other songs are really good too like Colours of the Heart, Yasashisa no Shizuku, and Shine. Though I'm not too impressed by their music videos (it's the music that counts) but I still love their songs."View

"I would read other stuff like Marvel comics. The classic goodness of X-Men and Spiderman back in the old days (I'm actually not that old XD). When I'm not reading manga I would whip out those old Marvel comics (wasn't really interested in Batman but I liked Superman). X-Men is my favorite, simply love the characters and the storyline. Gambit has definite place in my heart LOLI like watching TV (other than anime XD). I like watching reality show despite the fact that most of them are really screwed-up and is only out to grab publicity. Shows like "So you think you can Dance?" (Gawd, those people are crazy talented!), and "Amazing Race". Family Guy and Simpsons are hilarious cartoons to get good laughs from. And the FIFA World cup is on! "
