"You could extend the clouds into the red parts of the sky, and place the text onto the left side so it would look less emtpy, and the colours on the scan look a little dull, maybe you could do image enhancements to it. umm I guess that's all I have to say"

"Okay so here is the current version



I took trismugistus' advice and made the tank brighter, but actually made the wall darker because I wanted the eyes focus to go straight to chidori, and I also darkened the shadow and removed the reflection (hope it removes the floating problem)

I tried to try another texture, but without the grainyness, every single mistake is revealed, especially in the floor around chidori, and since my colouring was crappily done, chidori

okay everything you see before you see before you is made from scratch except the texture and grunge. I vectored the image of chidori from a screenshot, then I colored it. made the water tank in 3dsmax, and cheaply did the floors.

here's the update, I fixed the rain direction thing, also played around with some texturing and grunging on the wall (don't know if that spot there looks right) and added more wetness to the scan, and some other minor tweaks

added better rain and splashes, and tried to make her look wet...hope it looks okay

to xcf33: ARRRGH...I did everything in photoshop TT_TT it took me 3 hours and I could have easily done it in 20 mins in 3DSMAX...KAHH I'M SO STUPID *Bangs head against desk...

to dhias: thanks for the tutorial, and I tried to cut the hair but I kept geting these wierd white outlines when I tried to mask it, I try something else tomorrow

to highknees: um could you suggest any place that I could grunge up...I spent a whole hour on deciding if I should grunge up certain parts of the bg or not...and I still haven't decided...

anyways aside from the background everything else was pretty standard and easy, and something is still missing...so I need help

Okay now that my sisters not nagging me to get off the comp, I have more time to explain about the wallpaper

anyways, some of you can probably tell I ripped the style off of Sin City (I REALLY like that movie) . The whole Bg was made from scratch and the blood was added to the scan. I used the texture from "Desktop Anime"
