"Okay, so I'm not the most talented person when it comes to graphics. Particularly wallpapers. I had started out with the vector with what kind of image that I wanted to end up with, but...

Now that I've finished it, my mind draws a blank, and I have no clue what I can do to attempt to achieve the look that I'm hoping for.

Most of all, I want to squeeze in the text "You don't know the first meaning of art" onto the wallpaper.

Uh... Here's what I have thus far, and I know that solid colors is a "no-no," but this is more for myself than anything else.

"To be honest, I can't achieve what's in the wallpaper you've linked to. I can hardly do anything like that with a mouse. I used a tutorial to make the clouds in the last link I gave.

And I also don't get what you mean. What does a simple circle have to do with anything? It'd just be a solid shape that has no relation to the wallpaper what-so-ever."

"Red moon = brush, represents Tsukuyomi. But if it doesn't fit, I'll just get rid of it since using stock photos will only get the same effect. (What's wrong about lowering the opacity anyway? <_____<)

Vectored the clouds, sort of. But they look completely and utterly out of place compared to the cloud brushes I had used before.

"The sky's realistic because they're brushes, as I've stated before. And for the second Itachi (It's not a black thing. <_<), I simply lowered the opacity to around 75%."

"...Even though I actually intended to do that? Mm, fine. No Tsukuyomi moon. And that black "thing" is Itachi. Vectored from a screenshot since the right side was very empty, and I thought that something along the lines of Itachi crouching on that pole would be nice, but oh well. No second Itachi.

Back to the problem of empty space! Yay~"
