"Hehehe I was pretty into the Gantz anime but detested the way they ended it...thats actually why I turned to the manga. It didn't feel like the anime ended right. I was thrilled to note that the part I hated in the anime never happened in the manga! LoL

I'm really enjoying the latest episodes! I really can't wait to see where the series is going. Though I admit without Kei I find it a bit hard to get into the story. He was my fave especially in the latest episodes, for some reason I really like the character development you see from the very first episode. Unfortunately it's making me twitchy about the reviving him portion of the theme right now...I have my doubts that it will be as easy as they want it to be. And honestly the introduction of a second Gantz team..who actually looks a lot more capable than our guys has me twitching even more! LoL I can't wait to see where it's all heading!"

"You know its funny as much as I dislike Tennis I completely adore this series! Its funny, entertaining and filled with action and drama. For having such a large cast of varying personalities they just combine into a great story. I finish each episode and can't wait to watch the next! I'm just so happy that now I have the National Championship OVA to watch now! ^^ I have to recommend watching it in Japanese though, I'm completely unimpressed with the casting job they did for the English version. Not too mention they dropped Echizen's best catch phrase! ^^ Mada Mada Dane! ^^"

"Oh I love Chrno Crusade! I've seen the entire series probably three times now. LoL I keep dragging friends into watching it and end up watching the whole thing all over again! I just love the drama and emotional rollarcoaster the story takes me through.

I adore Chrno most of all and his relations with Rosette never falls to rip my little heart from my chest and make me wanna laugh and cry. ^^"

"Hmm well my parents don't watch anime, but then they don't watch much TV in general! I don't think they'd have a problem with it, but I think I'd have a hard time trying to find a genre that they'd enjoy. ^^ I can't even get them to watch normal primetime TV with me, much less an anime! Hehehe Hmm though when I was younger my Dad was always good to watch Warner Bros with...he had a great attraction to Bugs. ^^"

"Hmm wow way more than I'd like to think about...I probably spend about 300 bucks a month on anime and just as much on manga. Thankfully I try to be a smart buyer, I tend to go for box sets or series that I know I've seen (downloaded online ^^) so I know I like them. I don't want to end up spending some hard earned money on a series that I might end up hating! LOL"

Do you like Tokko?

"I really liked Tokko, though I was quite sad it was such a short series. I really started to feel a bit rushed as we reached the end. It was as though we had to kill everyone off just so they didn't have to get involved in making the story last longer. ^^ Otherwise though I thought the series had some great animation, sound effects, visuals and all around a good plot. I like to recommend it to folks who like a darker storyline and don't mind a bit of gore. "

"Hmm well I watch a great deal of different animes but occasionally there is one that comes up that I try to watch and even if I like it for some reason I fade off watching it. That happened with Full Metal Panic. A great series but for some reason I watch a few episodes and I kept finding myself turning off the TV and wandering to a different series. LoL I have finished it it just took me a long time! Hehehe But that happens quite often to me...but its rarely that I don't like the anime, its just for some reason I can't get motivated to complete the series! "

"I personally read both manga and watch anime, not always from the same series but quite often if I've enjoyed one I'll check out the other. I don't try to compare the two however, one being better than the other. Or one showing less than the other, as you said they are two different worlds. ^^ I just try to appreciate them both for what they offer. And honestly I didn't use to read manga until I realized that some of the anime series I adored actually continued further in the manga than they did in anime! (berserk and hajime no ippo for me!)"

"I'm big on the smile and nod response myself. Though I don't normally laugh if I don't get the joke. I don't tend to ask them to explain it though, I've yet to find a joke funny that had to be explained to me. "It really depends on the story for me..sometimes I exaggerate to make a story I want someone to know about more interesting. Its a great way to get younger kids to pay attention to a lesson for example. ^^ Otherwise I try to give straight facts, but honestly at least with the folks I hang out with facts tend to get ignored over random shiny objects that happen to pass nearby. ^^ And then I'm pretty sure all they're hearing is...blah blah blah...so I do try to spice things up a bit and make them more interesting!"

"Hmm I do a bit of all of that actually. I watch them alone just chilling out in my room. I have get togethers with close friends or my roomies who are into anime and we watch them together. My family doesn't really watch anime but when I go home for holidays and such I tend to bring some along for me to watch and more than once my family has joined in and watched a few episodes. Though thats not always as fun, considering then I spend most of the explaining the series or answering questions about japanese culture. LoL"

Air Gear?

"This manga always cracks me up. For those who don't know AirGear basically revolves around a boy named Ikki who is learning how to Air Trek (essentially rollar blading with fights and really really high jumps.) The characters are all very individual and take their roles seriously. Even though the art itself isn't exactly over the top in effort its easy to read and a nice simple theme. The series is big on fan service, lots of girl shots in little or no clothing. As a girl this stuff is just a bore to me, but I know it makes more than one of you smile thinking about it. LoL

Its a bit of a fun series though, lots of great killers. I have to agree the dual personality fang skater Agito/Akito is my fave. Though Ikki is adorable in his own rights. If he was less of a braggart I'd probably like him more. LoL

Anyway just my thoughts. ^^ Can't wait for the rest of the series to be translated."
