"I think it should be kept. Only with different rules.People are convicted ESPECIALLY in the United States to death penalty too fast. There are certain cases where I am against death penalty but I will describe one case that happened in holland.
An old man attacked two little kids ( both around the age of 12 ) with a knife. He killed the girl with quite an amount of stabs, the boy had 13 knife stabs at that point he PRETENDED to be dead. The man didn't check if he really was dead but believing after 13 stabs he wouldn't play anymore and really was dead.
The boy remembered exactly how the man looked like, and they caught him. Now.. He killed the girl, and he stabbed the boy 13 times. He got 17 years of jail.. 17?! Wth.. In such a case I believe death penalty is in perfect order."

"Hm I myself am an IT student. They used to block things like MSN etc.. But with the proxy they build up also our email accounts were blocked so they had to enable it.Beside that our school checks what activities certain accounts have on computers, like what websites they visit, do they install games and stuff. One even got suspended because he used a "spy-tool" so he could log in from his computer to see what someone else does on his screen.
Everybody has their own inlog data. Own personal code with your password and a limited amount of disk space on the network. Now..
Since I'm part of Application Design we HAVE to install really large programs a lot of times, or download movies to study from. This mean we do not login under our own accountname but we have a non-secured only accesible from our class login name.
We can do about anything we like as long as it is approved by the proxy. So that would mean only chatsites are disabled and stuff like downloading torrents and using mIRC. I tried to use Azureus under the port 8080 but he won't accept that either so I guess they just blocked out torrents.
So really I don't have a problem with out schools management, you just gotta be smart and don't visit websites you know you are not allowed to visit when logged in under your own account name. That would just be stupid."

"I bought mine at mediamarkt ( dutch store ).. About 2.5 years ago.I never had any problems with it except that the legal version of Windows XP always locks up at 34 minute remaining at the installation. So I can't use that since I wasn't bothered to return it. Beside that it's a perfect PC, I don't run any antivirus or whatever and I never get a virus on it. It never left me when I needed it. In others words. Perfect xD

When friends become more than friends

"This is something you should really try to avoid. I never fell in love with a friend but I did become really close friends with a girl I went out with but a relation never came from it x].When your going to see a close friend as more then that, the entire friendship will change. Since unconsciously you will try and make it a relationship since that is what your heart truely desires at that point. You will most probably start to act different then you used to do, and that friend might not like the behaviour you will get. Even worse, if he/she might find out they will look at you very differently then they used to do, might even dislike you or try to avoid contact with you if they don't want it to become more.
So I think at the moment you feel like your going to see them more as a friend, you should take some time on yourself and explain to yourself that this isn't something that should happen. The risk is too great, if it goes wrong. You might end up losing someone you might never want to lose."

"I don't have any younger siblings. I have an elder brother though, so I can only tell how it was like having an older brother.Beside the regular known fights between siblings, we were kind of okey with eachother I guess. He didn't bother me, I didn't bother him unless our parents weren't home.. Once we got in a fight. It was always kind of sick >.< We swinged at eachother with sticks.. Shot eachother with BB-guns.. Mainly I used that kinds of stuff. Since if I didn't.. Well, I would be thrown around like a balloon since he's over 4 years older then me.
Like when I turned 13, (normally you'd turn puber here and be more rebellish). My brother and I turned to get a long quite alright. We never fought anymore, we always stood up for eachother. And I guess I really liked him at that time, no bad word I would've said about him.
At my age 14 trouble started. There were a lot of argumentations at home. He was being an idiot, and eventually he moved out of the house. But at that age I couldn't really bare the sphere around the house and I almost failed my exams because of bad marks since I wasn't bothered with school at all, luckily at the last period peace returned and I made my last period with top marks giving me a fine chance to pass. Which I did :)
After 2 years of hating him.. Disgusting him and never willing to see him again. It kind of got solved slowly, now 4 years later, problems are solved. We finally have good contacts with him again and I finally get to see my niece and nephew a lot.
So well yeah.. That's my experience.. I do know that friend's of my parents son ( he's 7 ). Always calls me his big brother, so he's my little bro ^_^.. I'd do anything for that kid though, he's great."

"Lol proud? No.. Capable of doing it without cheating? Yes. Bothered to do it? No. Besides I was only 15 back then. I dislearned to cheat now, although making my homework is still easily copied if I'm really not bothered. Mostly I make it myself now though cause this study really requires doing my best for it.The study I did on primary school was just plain too simple so I wasn't bothered.
Cheating makes you a loser? Well people who cheat because they don't KNOW the answer, yes. I never really cheated to get an answer. The only time well if you can call it cheating, was with the german letter. My english exam, was supposed to take 120 minutes, I finished it with 25 minutes. A mate of mine beside me, tried to copy all my answers of it. Now THAT's being a loser for not being capable of making the test yourself.
There are many ways of cheating, it doesn't making you a loser just for doing it the easy way."

"I didn't only cheat on tests, I cheated almost everything that had to do with my primary school. Tests, homework, assignments etcetera. I did a medium levelled study on my primary school, I could've done higher and I know that myself and others know that as well, but the point with me is that I'm too lazy to do anything for it. I graduated without studying or having to put any effort in it.So what I did wasn't really cheating. Homework I just copied and changed bits so it looked like I mad it myself. Assignments I just pretended I went there but actually didn't xD And tests.. Well sometimes ( i.e. german ) I just peeked if I wasn't too sure ( most of the times I knew what I was doing though ).
I don't know if this is really cheating but... Once I had this german exam and we had to write a personal letter. But the day before I just wrote a random letter in German for a one time practice so I knew for sure I wouldn't black out. I put the letter in my book unconsciously but the point was that we were allowed to take our book with us xD. And my letter was still in there so I just copy pasted what I wrote there and ended up with 85% xD
Now in college we can cheat all we want, they never look if we cheat or something. You just can't speak but you can even switch papers with the ones behind you without them noticiting anything. It's so funny. We had to make tests through internet which was a special made application. But the teachers login had all answers for the tests on his account. But he was a slob and always left his pw on his desk. So one day a friend and I decided to steal it >.< We took his login ( copied it ) and logged in, got all the answers xD"
