This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

Do you cheat at Video Games?
2 years 8 months ago
"I only cheat after I've beaten it and gotten everything anyway. :P It's fun to go through the game, killing everything with one hit. lol...(I've only really done this with Pokemon and FFX, though... nothing else really piqued my interest enough to cheat on it!)"

"Search on deviantart.com for 'splatter brush'. You should come up with some neat photoshop brushes... either that or check the stock images post. :)"View

"Cute! That's adorable! *glomps it* I love the colors... and although Sakura seems a little un-focus-ish (aka, my eyes don't go to her right away), it's a beautiful wall. ^^"View

"Eek... it looks like you took a scan and placed it on top of the Sailor Moon Moon Kingdom image. O_o; Or at least that's what it reminds me of. You might try blending the charas with the BG more... maybe common colors?"View
Colour/Shapes

"Okay... first off, the white around your scans. That is an extraction problem - you need to look for an extraction tutorial. There's on at http://desktopzero.net/. Just click on 'tutorials' at the top and then 'character extraction'. It's not the way I do it, but it can help. :) Also...For colors, try using the fade tool (also seen as the 'fill' or 'paintbucket' tool) and bringing the colors across in a different layer. I'll explain more later; I'm in class and if I make too much noise typing while she's talking she'll yell. lol"
