"I like playing tetris, not only is the game fun, it did have some catchy music as well. I think that it encourages problem solving in games because you have to get all of the peices to fit together. Sure it is repetitive, but it is also addicting in its own way. "

"I think that even if they remade some of the newer games as well, they would be better. It would be pretty neat if they can make a game, then listen to everybody's opinions about it, then remake it so that it is better and more enjoyable to play. Like if they redid the in-game graphics for FFXII and changed the ability and weapon system, it would be a bit better. The in game graphics are kinda pasted on looking, and why do you have to level up to get the ability to use a weapon or magic, but you have to then wait till the license is available so you can use it. "

"I haven't really seen any, but as long as the story line and visual effects are good, I don't think I would mind watching it. Really I would prefer them to stay separate so that you won't feel pressured to buy both and you can still enjoy what is there. Also there is a less chance of a bad reputation since some of the animes that come from games aren't the best."

"I think that both suggestions that the wolf is Cloud and Zack are very valid, since they both have thier sides. However I think that it is slightly more likly to represent Zack since Cloud is still alive and has no need for a symbol. I can't really think of anyone else that the wolf could represent. . .I guess the only way to find the real answer is to ask the creator.
Also, Aeris' face was shown at the end of the movie, so it wasn't just parts of her body at times either."

"I haven't heard anything else about that FFVII remake. I have no idea if they stopped working on it. I wouldn't think that it would take them too long unless they were trying to add some different plots to the story line, or just extra features in general. The storyline and characters are already made. They could just use the advent children models for use in the game as well. Who knows what they will do. . ."

"I don't like it that much. Usually when there are english words I can't understand it because the accent is so back, but once I read the lyrics I am like, 'Oh, so that is what they were saying'. I guess a few words aren't so bad, but I would prefer a solid language song.

Freaky Dreams that Wake you up

"Wow, I love this thread! It is so funny!
I hardly ever have nightmares, but I did have one dream when I was in kidergarten. My family and I were walking across a street to this one building that was like a bank. We were all inside and my mother was already in the building when we got there and she was sitting in a chair. Then I told everyone to get out of the building because I knew that something bad was going to happen and as I looked back at my mom, her face crumbled like clay that hasn't been fired yet.
Also, I have woken up with tears falling down my face, but those don't happen to often, but they have been happening more often lately. The last one that I remember had something to do with my boss at work being really mean to all of us.
I also remember having a dream where my step mother (or someone else) was chasing me outdoors, but I remember running as fast as I could then I would jump and try to fly. I would just float down gently after each jump, so I would try to run faster and jump as high as I could but I just couldn't get to flying.
My other dreams have consisted of shopping for things that I really want, being in video games and other random things. I Just wish that I could remember all of my dreams, but I have a lot of trouble remembering them for some reason. . ."

"I met my first best friend when I used to live in California. Her name was Sammy and both of our mothers were friends, so I guess that is how we met. We also had some disagreements, and one day because she decided to tell on me for something that was completely ridiculous, I got whipped from my father when I went home. Oh well, we still have happy memories too. I think that we liked the same things like power rangers and other tv shows. I think that batman was one of them too. lol
I had to move away when I was five though, and I have never heard from her since. Maybe I can find her again someday. *shrugs*"

"Definately the games for the older systems need to be remade too! There was a game called Dragon's Lair that was for super nitendo, but I was never able to get very far in it. I think that they did remake it though, but I don't remember hearing much about that one. . ."

"I really like the main music in Pariste eve! (yay, a game I know of!) I have also heard of Star Ocean series. I have never played either, but they do look like fun! It would be neat to see a remake of the beginnings of really good series like they did with the first few final fantasy games."

"I wonder why they shut down that project? That is kinda weird that they, or anyone whould stop a project after it got started. I wonder how far they got before they quit the project. . .
I have never heard of Captian Tsubasa. . .
Maybe there is a way to get/ask them to finish it, or to remake all of these games. That would be awesome! but it would take a lot of work to get them to do that, or at least a lot of people who want the games remade.

"I think that I have heard of Lunar before. I don't know much about it. It would also be nice to see computer games made available for consoles! Most of the new consols have internet connections, so if the computer game were an online roleplaying, you could still do that on the consols. Also, I know that with the PS2 you have the two usb ports, so if a mouse and keyboard were neccassary to play the game, just plug them in. I think that making the ocmputer games available for consols, that it would imporve the gameplay because some people don't have the greatest computers, so the game might run a bit slow sometimes. . ."

"Nice! I would love to play all of those games! I have never heard of them before. There are so many games that people just forget about and since they are on older systems, no one talks about them anymore. It would be awesome to see all sorts of glitches fixed, and smoother game play for all of these games to bring out the full potential of their storyline. Also when things are remade, they always turn out better, so the games don't have to be exact either.

"I wouldn't mind so much if they made a game together, but not join companaies like Square-Enix. Although there may be different strengths and weaknesses for a joined company it would really kille company competition which would make games longer to release. "

Trailer of final fantasy versus 13

"This traler has now been out for a while, the main guy that we are seeing is a King, and he is a good guy. There are some descriptions in the video itself as to what is happening.
Also, there is FFXi Agita for cell phones, and the FFXi. FFXi Versus is supposed to come out in 2008, and FFXi is supposed to come out later this year, but I truly doubt that they can get it out so quickly, well, definiately not in America. I also know that the main character in FFXi name is Lighnting, and there is a new trailer of FFXi around somewhere, but I haven't seen it yet. I know that there was a new character that was introduced at the end of it. Either way, I am very excited to see it. It is going to be awesome to play!"

"I have never played those games. They sound really fun to play though!
I totally forgot about The legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past. I know that they have remade it for hand held consols, but I would really like to see it for the larger consoles. They could even keep the same layout, but make the character 3D and maybe some more moves, but the same storyline."

"English versions would be really nice though! Even making english versions of the new games that are only in japanese. Making it in english would really help the sales of the game because you would be able to sell it in most places in the world as well. I have also heard that they are supposed to be remaking FFVII for PS3, but I haven't heard anything else about that. The have done a lot of work with FFVII. . ."

"I really love the series! I still haven't beat every little thing in them, but they are fun to play. The graphics are awesome and I love how they bring together all sorts of different characters. There is somthing in the Kingdom Hearts series for everyone to enjoy.

"I agree that there could be some new features in remake of Legend of Dragoon. The sort of new game called Magna Carta: Tears of Blood had a very similar battle system as LOD, but they used different button combinations to finish the move. I think that they should remake it before they made a sequal though, so that they can really bring LOD to it's full potential. And some of the voice acting was kinda messed up. . .lol, I had forgotten about that. . .

As for fighting games, I have played a few. I completely played everything I could on Mortal Combat: Deadly Alliance. It was fun in the first few hours, but that was it. I just unlocked all of the coffins because there was nothing better to do. However, if there aren't any combos or upgrades, yea, there needs to be a remake.

I have also never played Xenogears, but I have played a little of Xenosaga when my friend came over one night. I think that I have seen a few of the cinematics on the internet somewhere. . .I think. It could use some remaking so that people can get the most out of the whole Xenosaga series.

Another game that I would like to have remade is Kinetica. It is a racing game, but the characters race certian suits instead of cars. I think it would be neat to have some cusomization in the suit designs, and maybe some other features to make it more enjoyable. If you are really good at that game you should be able to finish it in one night. I was never able to get past one race for some reason so I couldn't finish the third season in the game. >_>"

"There are some pretty sweet games out there, but they hardly ever get played either because they are forgotten, or they are for an older system. I really enjoyed the storylines in games such as Legend of Dragoon and Eternal Ring, but the graphics aren't the best. I think that some of these older games should be remade so that a new generation can enjoy them. Wouldn't it be awesome to play Legend of Dragoon on PS3 with some awesome graphics with the same great storyline? Even the music in that game was pretty decent and enjoyable to listen to. Redoing older games would also generate some new art so that people could make more wallpapers out of them, and just enjoy the art in general.
