well.. i kinda know how you feel. coz i felt the same way before.
but after long and long hours of thinking, i decided that we are best if we remain friends.
i imagined myself going out with her and etc but soon or later, most relationship comes to an end and i imagined that i woulddn't be handle the sadness? of breaking up with each other.
so i thought.. why not stay friends forever? help each other out when other one is in trouble?

"I just ignore them mostly, but if the people who hates you for liking japan or anime is close to you in some way, i guess you should try to convince them that it's something you like. i am korean and my parents found little strange that i like japan so much but when i listened to jpop for 24/7 and studied japanese, they found that as my hobby and accepted the fact that i like japan's culture and almost everything about it.
