"Yeah, character definately needs to be more opaque. Also, I think that tinting the rain sort of blue-ish would help with the vibe. Also, seeing as how the top is sort of empty, that would probably be the best place to put any text/logos."

"I really like it! If you want to have a neato sort of stained glass effect, try copying all layers (control+sihft+c I think), paste as a new layer on top, do a 2 pixel gaussian blur, and set the opacity of that layer to 50%. Just a thought! :halo:"
