"There are two people in my life that I truly believe I have fallen in love with. One of course, is the man I am with who I am going to marry. The other, was not my long-term relationship, but a person who I met while I was in college and became very close to very very quickly. I didn't realize it at the time but now in retrospect I realize that we were in love despite the fact that nothing that would be considered beyond the boundaries of friendship happened between us. We never even discussed our feelings, there was no awkwardness, no revealing crushes to each other, nothing. It was just love, and it's sad that it took me this long to realize that it was true but that love was far truer than the love I thought I had with the boy I was with before I met my fiance, the boy who I thought was my first true love. If things had turned out differently, we probably would have ended up together, but despite that I have no regrets because they still are someone very special to me, and will always be.As for my love now, it's incredible and amazing and unlike anything I can describe. What does it feel like? It sounds stupid but up until you first fall in love, it feels like crushes and infatuation could truly be love, until you experience this amazing head rush of emotions and happiness and even a little dizziness as you run with them through life on cloudy days and feel like everything around you is bursting into a thousand different colors. It wasn't until I realized that that was what falling in love felt like that I realized that my previous relationship, despite lasting for three years, was just that, a relationship...we cared for each other, but we weren't in love. But what I have now, and what I had with my friend...that was real.

My fiance also fences foil, and his brother fights saber and eppe [is that how you spell it? It looks so weird] He's been teaching me how to fight as well because I'm fascinated by it and eventually I'd like to be good enough so that we can pick up swords and just go out and spar with them

Composition needs a LOT of work. Throwing things onto a canvas won't make for a good wallpaper. And if you're going for some kind of grunge look, you're going to need to make the paint splatter look more uniform and less overpowering...Don't make it the same color as almost everything else in the picture. Also, have to agree that almost always, unless you're using it as a part of a creative texturing technique that has NOTHING to do with grass, stay AWAY from the default photoshop grass blades."

Seriously.We have one in our store on display and honestly, it looks allright, and it's cool that it plays stuff off the radio too, but other than that, I don't like it. Not to mention if you already have everything uploaded onto your computer in iTunes, you have to re-upload it all under whatever crappy format Microsoft needs it to be for the zune.

Polyamory is when you love more than one person, as opposed to polygamy meaning being married to or being in a serious relationship with more than one person...Oh and they all have to know about it too.My personal opinion is this: I am a jealous hateful creature. I would hoard away my lover like a dragon hoards it's treasure, and while I love him and would do anyting to make him happy bring another lover into the equation and I would become one very mean kitty.
However, if we're talking all consenting adults, and everyone knows EXACTLY what is going on and what the rules and boundaries are, then there should be no reason against it. Who's to say that you can't love, or make love to more than one person?
Sometimes I wonder if somewhere in my mind I'm immature because I know that part of me would never accept the fact that my lover loved me AND someone else, even though it is compleltey possible. Think of all the people you love, and all the different ways you love them. Even in romantic relationships, did you really love every significant other in the exact same way every single time? Never.
But I would never do it. I would sooner claw the other person's eyes out of their head than allow it.
And the best part is my lover is absoultley fine with loving me just the way I am, claws jealousy and all."

"I think they may have may have been referring to the fact that most of the major Christian holidays are actually placed on holy days that pagans celebrated simply because it was easier to convert them if they were celebrating the same holidays for different reasons, if you will. Easter, Halloween and Christmas all fall into this category. Nobody can actually prove the day that Jesus was born, but I have read some literature which suggests it may have been sometime in October. Not that there's any concrete evidence for that either. So I suppose after that it turns out to be a faith thing for most people. In any case, calling it a partial holiday because it had pagan heritage was silly nonetheless.
In any case...contentment. If you mean overall, I think that one should never become complacent, and always be hungry and striving to achieve as much as one can throughout their lives. I don't expect there to be a point in my life where I stop growing, changing and wanting different things, and I don't mean material things. One of my greatest wants in life is to always learn more than what I know, so I hope in that respect I am never content.
As far as material things, and technology...This past year has been a hard one because it was my first year out on my own and because I didn't have very much money left over after having to pay for bills and rent, I had to make do with sacraficing a lot of luxuries. No internet, no cable televion, no television at all, and even if I did have it, not much time to watch...Microwave came from goodwill, and for a while even having a cell phone was too expensive. And yes, it was inconvenient, but you learn to take satisfaction from other things in your life."

"In addition to what everyone else said about the gradient, you need to consider how you are going to integrate the elements of the forest with the character so that it all looks like a single cohesive unit, rather than pieces thrown together for show. For example, the flat cut out forest pieces might look better if you decide to go for a more pop-art outlined vector look. But if you wand to keep the more detailed and three dimensional scan, then you're going to need to flesh out the background so that he doesn't look out of place. "I was sitting on the bus on the way to work and I was thinking to myself about how annoyed I was that M. Night Shyamalan had allowed himself to go so far down the tubes. I mean, as far as quality films go, the Sixth Sense was intriguing and I thought that his superhero movie Unbreakable was incredible. But then, foolish little kitten I was, I went to see signs in movie theatres and I was absolutley appalled by how bland and predictable it was. And then by the time I went to see the village...well, let's put it this way, I was laughing out loud by the end.Here's the thing: Shyamalan's whole gimmick was his super-unexpected twist endings, and at first he pulled them off with a great deal of flair, cleverly leading the audience down an unexpected path. But I felt as though he got far too caught up with his surprise twist endings...So much in fact that it seemed that the twist ending became more important than the craft of the film or the screenplay itself. I haven't even bothered to see Lady in the Water because I'm worried that I'll just be dissapointed. So what do you guys think? Is he overdone or does anyone think that he's still continuing to do well at what he does?"

"It's doubtful but not unlikley that your forgefulness is due to ADD. Most likley it's just because you're a growing teenager and there's a lot going on as far as changes in your life which may put you in a tailspin. Attention Defecit Disorder is much more than just being forgetful. It means that your brain is not able to focus as easily on single things the way most people do, and instead you focus on pretty much everything that's going on around you. It means that your brain chemistry is actually different and everything, your neurological thought patterns are different, and therefore you process the information you recieve differently. It can be helpful in some situations and disruptive in others, say when you need to focus on a particular task for a long period of time, or make the transition from one task to another. It can be more severe in some than in others, but it is only if you CAN NOT function at all in everyday life [like, you're failing every class because you can't focus at all, or you are hyperactive to the point that your roughousing is hurting people] that it is seen as a disorder.Oh but please, for God's sake, do not start all self-diagnosing yourselves with ADD. I have had about enough of the hordes of teenagers who claim to have it because they can't seem to pay attention every once in awhile. Because of Jesse I have known some really severe cases that are nothing like the daydreaming that most people classify as the disorder."
