After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!

Well I don't wanna sound mean, but how old are you Loleta?

`alenas 14 minutes ago
No, no, you can't put links directly from your folders on your computer. You have to upload your content to a image hosting site like ImageShack or Photobucket. Then provide the link.

MATH or SCIENCE? what do you most prefer?

1 year 2 months ago

"I prefer science. it's the one subject I can score really high in without ever having to study much, because of my great interest in the world. 8D Not only because of that, but it's because of my interests that I prefer science.

I sometimes fail in math, but I'm known as a good student. I consider 75% A FAILING GRADE. Hahaha~. ^^

Going off-topic a bit, I do like some history, but I'd start to get sleepy once you start talking about "OMG! LIEK HOW MY HOME COUNTRY LIEK CAME 2 BE!" I'm not sure what kind of history I like, actually. I'll find out soon. The only reason I may like history is because of the Fullmetal Alchemist's movie, how Alfons Heiderich talked about Germany and its war affairs. xD

Yes, connecting anime to school is very powerful indeed.
It's something that helps me, and maybe can help... *points at you* YOU! No wonder I got skyrocketing marks in science ...last semester. =__= I wonder if I can actually keep these skyrocket-grades up... Hmm. *scratches head too much = blood* Well, the school year just started... Hmm... *headdesk&ends up at ER*"

Television isnt that what it once used to be!

1 year 2 months ago

"I hardly ever watch TV anymore, since it was replaced by my interest in web graphics and reading (not just manga, but novels as well). Hmm... I'm not sure as how to reply to this topic. But yes, a lot of TV nowadays revolves around the idols, singing, dancing, gameshows, and yes, "how to make your house beautiful *insert sparkles here*", all kinds of things that are similar. I'm speaking from a person who doesn't watch TV kind of perspective. First impressions of a TV program are important. They [usually] determine whether someone is willing to watch your program or not. For one, if you stick a scary-looking man in the first few seconds of your program, that's guaranteeing not a lot of people will enjoy your show. They will get frightened, and the first instinct is to turn off the TV or flip the channel. *sigh* It's all about publicity, it's never about meaning... *headdesk+blood*

I hate American cartoons, haha. They give me the impression that all people are short and have squarish or rectangular type faces. D: And that their faces can only look to the left or right. And, and, and... The list can go on. =__=

Despite all that, I enjoy watching shows about wildlife. :D"

Are you a proud anime fan?

1 year 2 months ago

"I'm extremely proud of my status as an anime fan. It's one of the very few things that has kept me alive until this day.

Mentally alive, hah. A lot of my friends watch anime or read manga, which makes me feel quite happy. ^^ In the past, I've never been one to show my love and interest in anime. Now that I discovered most of my friends love it, I feel no need to hide my love in anime anymore. I have enough courage [in my courage meter, hah] to be able to shout it out and wave around my shiny new Fullmetal Alchemist volume. 8D Despite my size (*ahem*), I'm pretty tough (mentally and physically), and I simply don't need any more concern about labels. I'm asian. So what; does that make me good at math? I wear glasses; does that make me a nerd? I like anime; does that make me perverted and childish? No, and I simply don't care. I love my friends, and they are the only people I care about at school. ♥ I have no care for people who tease me for being simply myself. (Other than the teachers chasing me down because I fill in questionnaires with ridiculous information >8D. I have a habit of filling in questionnaires with "information that is so ridiculous". Once, I had to fill in a poem; the line said: I will never _______ (x2). LOL and I inserted "I will never smoke/take drugs" in there. Hahahaha~ I love doing that. ^^)

The biggest problem with being an anime fan is the typical phrase, "Anime is childish cartoons", at least to me. For one, I could never learn the same lessons or have the same experiences with life through anything else. Movies, novels, comics. They all lack depth to me. (Notice I am saying "to me" because I have insight quite different than most people I encounter.) To me, I'm not the kind of person that is easily satisfied, though I am not spoiled. Now that I found anime is one of my best interests, it's difficult to drop it; it's almost as if I'm distrusting a best friend, just because someone else doesn't approve of me liking it. (And someone DOES disapprove of my interest in anime. My TRUST in anime.)

This is a great topic, actually. I'm really glad someone brought it up. When I was viewing the forums page, I STRAIGHT-UP KNEW I WAS GOING TO COMMENT ON THIS ONE. And I did. ♥"
