This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

"That's true, generally if there are more seeds than peers you will get a faster download. But you have to be careful because some torrents have like 4000 seeds and maybe 1000 peers, "why?" you ask; it is most likely they are fake. People have found a way to let torrents show a different number of seeds or peers which is ofcourse false information. The general rule is: 'if it's too good to be true, you can bet your life on it, that it's fake'.Some clients use more resources than others. A year ago, when I got myself a new pc and used Azureus, I could not play games while downloading because it was a resource hog. And no that pc wasn't crap. I switched to Utorrent and all my problems were solved.
A tip involving down/upload speed: keep your upload speed at 1/8 of your total download speed capacity.
Example: if you have an internet connection of 4Mb down/1Mb up which results in (factoring in the distance from a node to your house and other factors) 400KB/s and 100KB/s. So you put your speed limits as follows:
- Download unlimited (to ensure maximum speed)
- Upload = 1/8 of maximum download speed = 400KB/s/8 = 50KB/s (putting upload to unlimited will choke your connection, and your download will suffer)
Hope someone has a use for this."

what do you usually do when you know you don't pass the exam ???

"The last two hours before an exam begins, I get a little shakey, I get mildly nervous and it keeps building up right until I recieve the test paper and suddenly everything disappears. No more tentions, just pure calmless. And then I just take the exam and get a 65-80% mark on it. I know I have studied well, I know I have paid attention during class so I will most likely pass it but there is just that feeling of insecurity "what if I don't make it this time?" but I know I did my best so no problem. If I'd fail an exam and I knew it right after I left school, I'd tell my parents "I might fail this exam" or "It's highly probable I have failed it, so don't be surprised on the report card". Afterwards I would act like I would normally do and keep a high spirit towards the next exam. I am such an optimist aren't I?
Once in a while, failure is normal, guaranteed even. There is no reason to act differently; life goes on, and you now know not to make the same mistakes which lead to the same failure. "
