"Erm.. okay this is what I think.
The image is too far to the left. It disturbs the whole proportion of the wallpaper as an 'anime' wallpaper. But as an abstract wallpaper, it's fine.
The abstract is kinda focused on the dark turbulence-like abstract on the left-center part of the wall. It's like a black hole which distracts viewer's eye from the characters. It might be better to use a different abstract style or to remove that darkmost part at all.
And lastly, the colors are somewhat not matching well. Use a light-brownish color for the abstract to match the scan better, or make it more desaturated to make it more neutral.

I think this series is getting more and more interesting as Shana's past slowly revealed. Too addictive and too cute to miss ~(^o^)~ the only dissapointing point would be that Sakai Yuji is a bit of a slowpoke <_<'

"Ubisoft always makes great games. Hands down. Name it, Tom Clancy series to the award-winning Prince of Persia. And now they are making the Heroes of Might and Magic alive again! XD

THQ is also a very good developer. I played some of their games, such as MotoGP series. Graphics are usually top-notch and gameplay is not dissapointing at all. :)"

"I'm a totally MBR addict. XD
My most played characters are Ciel, Satsuki Yumiduka and Miyako Arima.

Ciel is a very agile assasin, hands down. She can make fast aerial-to-ground attacks and chain them with some nice moves or specials. Ranged attack is very good, but can be a problem sometimes when the enemy is teleporting (such as Chaos or Warakia).

Satsuki is impossibly strong O_o. She can counter-attack almost every attack thrown at her, and her low attacks are very effective against any type of opponent.

Miyako... hmmm... very fast, a good aerial-combo-er, and lol, superb counter attacker, too. Can't go wrong with her."

Well, I'm quite biased here, but from what I've read, Grandia i will be the best Grandia so far. Lots of improvements in gameplay aspects over the already excellent Grandia II system. The thing worth noticing would be the gameplay difficulty level. It would not turn out to be a too difficult game either a piece of cake."

anyways... it's a good call to delay the launch, since there's a bunch of thing needs tuning, especially the overall balancing of the gameplay aspects, and system stability issues. I did not have the chance to participate in the beta, but I do read the forums of M&M quite often.
The artworks and the graphics are already top-notch, from what I've seen from the screenies :P *drool*
So, they delay it like, 1 month? Is it actually going to be big improvements from the current beta, considering the -very- short bugfixing time?"

"If you liked the anime, I suggest you get the manga as well. They are quite different, but I prefer the manga artwork more than the anime.You can feel Yu Aida's storytelling and intrigue more in the manga, Sometimes violence is drawn more explicitly, but at the other hand, the manga drawing is more elegant.

As for the characters, I really adore Henrietta. She has a very unique personality and when she goes berserk everything is just Wow O_O. Triela is also ok, but her past is very saddening, maybe that's why she became the most happy girl among the others."

"Starship Operators resemble Star Trek and Babylon 5 very much. If you're into some outer-space sci-fi plot with a good dose of seriousness, technology and garnished with pretty ladies, then this is for you. Be warned that sometimes the series can be quite technical, and at other times, it can be quite politic-heavy. There's more space conflicts than comedy and romance in the series, so 'moe' fans should very well avoid this one.
If you're thinking of a more 'cute' series, I suggest you go get Uchuu no Stellvia. It's funnier and more refreshing., but if a serious sci-fi anime is your cup of tea, then SSO wouldn't be a dissapointing choice."

"The vectoring is very good, but I aggree with Furi-kun here... the reddish background doesn't fit them too well. My suggestion would be to improve the sky, make it more realistic, and add a building behind them, either it's Central's headquarters or a police precinct (to make it a bit of a spinoff from the series).
I believe this wall would turn out great :) Keep on improving it~"

" Yuki Kajiura, she's one of the craziest and most talented composer.
All Mai-Hime, NOIR, and Mai-Otome soundtracks gives me that special chill on the back when listening. XD
I used to like Toshiro Masuda from Naruto, but not anymore.
I prefer Michiru Oshima (FMA), the magnificent duo of Dolce Triade and Hitomi Kuroishi in Last Exile, the melancholy breeze of Heart of Air in Haibane-Renmei and of course, Saito Tsuneyoshi, he makes Soukyuu no Fafner a true musical and epic show by involving the Warsaw Philharmonic Orchestra. Kyaaa~!! Tottemo kakkoi!
And the one that everyone loves, Joe Hisaishi!

And yes, I listen to lots and lots of soundtracks! :D"

And there's a short preview of the TV series (dunno if that's factual or just another spinoff lol) at the end of the OVA.
I think not much people know Akane Maniax (although there's many KGNE fans out there), maybe because there's no AM game?!? XD
I hope they really make it into TV anime series.. so I can have a show to cackle at other than Galaxy Angels. :)"

"At first, I didn't think Mai-Otome would be anywhere close to Mai-Hime, but eventually, I really am addicted with this show because simply they both have very different storyline which cannot be connected in any ways (except for some of the character personalities and appearance)
Arika's pink suit doesn't look as cool as the coral one (red).. dunno... but indeed the armaments (uh.. what was the right word) are cooler when she's using the pink otome suit. I was like 'OMG that's awesome'.
And Nina, the one with the unique personality (and unique back sensitiveness to touch) is somehow very very cute. The only thing is that she doesn't have as much portion in the main plot. I guess it may be because

As for Mashiro, ... is she really the successor to the throne, or....? There's not much explanations about her past

(well, she might be the accidentaly-picked princess, but then again, how come she can fuse the blue sapphire with her ring? It seems like she's destined to be Arika's master since the very beginning... lol

Anyways... I really enjoy watching it. As much as I enjoy watching Mai-Otome.

First, it's in very good progress so far...

Then,
some things needs fixing, and some others are just fine but needs adjustments..

The water gradient is too visible and too artificial. When adding gradient to water surface, remember that deeper areas reflect less sunlight (darker) than shallow areas. And keep in mind that water has ripples, and those ripples can reflect light directly to your eyes (if the angle of reflection is right). So, those ripples can be either sparkly, or just brighter than the normal/calm water. To achieve a more natural gradient, you can simply use an overlaying gradient layer, and to get a ripple effect, you can use overlayed sea surface stock photo or using texture, such as chrome waves, or the likes. But, if you want to keep it a calm sea, make sure you use a low opacity value for that texturing layer.

the clouds color and composition are just right. Good job there

You can add a lighthouse on top of the faraway island to add a dramatic feeling to the scenery. You can make it by drawing it manually, or by putting in clip arts or stock photo. But make sure you blend it well to Sora's artwork style. :)

In accordance with the ocean's water depth and distance from shore, I think it's better to darken the color of the sea a bit, and tune the color hue to cobalt blue, since the sky is already in an -almost- similar color with the sea surface.

I think that's all the suggestions I can give. Of course, I might be wrong in some cases, but I have a sense that the wall would turn out magnificently if those things were to be improved. And don't worry... you're on the right track so far... Ja, ganbaru na~

"Hmmm... if I were you, I'd left out the big image of Itachi on the back. Not only because they both facing the same direction, which is weird-looking, Itachi's mouth is covered with the Sharingan logo. So I think it would be better to focus on Sasuke only and the background.
It's also a good thing to keep the logo smaller because the red color clashes with the blue background a lot."

My suggestion would be separating the submission edit (description, title, etc) and update (upload new) function to make it more convenient.
Also maybe you can add 'PM' button on the forums threads on each user so we can instantly send pm rather than going to the userpage first then doing it from there.
All other stuff are neat. Especially the amount of whites on the design. Absolutely stylish. ;)"

"The background is wayy too busy... it's crowded with color, and the sense of motion affected by motion blur would make every viewer dizzy in minutes.
Also, the lines look random.
The text at the top looks rather fine to me, but the one at the bottom really disturbing and looks too blocky..

I suggest going with tris's suggestion on making softer and more pinkish background so it will blend more with the character,.. or you can make a sceneric view, like she's standing on grass or something like that."

"The extraction needs to be tighter around the hair, like tris said, but there's another way to solve that by using a layered inner glow effect. First, make a dark (black) inner glow effect on him, then right click on the blending mode layer and choose 'Create layer'. Then erase the lower parts of it or use layer masking.

The graininess of the scan is too much distracting... to avoid vectoring, you can use channel blurring or soft light layer to soften the image, and get rid of the noise. To do channel blurring, go to the channels window, then apply 'Smart blur' to each of the channels (R-G-B),..

And the background does not match the scan much. I'd prefer him sitting on something rather than floating amid space ^_^'"
