Final Fantasy XII

"Of all the Final Fantasy games this one bored me quite a bit, i had a hard time keeping intrest enought to even beat the game let alone do side events (which i never did) The graphics are really good but it just seems to much like, sit back and let the game play it self, with the character control method. you really just set gambits and sit back and watch each fight."

"It really varries for me horrible 8 bit graphics i don't like (i.e. Exile or w/e it was called, the game had like 6-8 bit gfx and it came out when quake 1 came out)

but also i don't need amazing 3d graphics, I enjoy the Disgaea art style, similar as well is Ragnarok Online. personally Grahpics quality doesn't matter it's more of a style opionion, when Everquest upgraded their Graphics engine, i hated the new models, Other odd thign was i liked FFXI's graphics but I didn't like other games like EQ2 Vanguard, etc. which boasted better graphics.

since i am an anime fan i guess i perfer for anime style graphics, but with a good enough storyline poor graphics can be overcome."

"I've picked up a little bit and its accauly sad when i can even tell a sub group made a mistake. alot of single word phrases, sorry, thanks, i'm home, good morning, etc. (and some naughty ones from H) onces that are said often enough in simple dialog most peopel pick up.

"As a fan of loli i say there is a line between the two. Pedos are (usually) loli fans. but that doesn't not mean Loli fans are Pedos i have viewed Loli Hentai and been fine with it, but i have no feelings what so ever to children. It's not somehting i would publisize in Real life since many people have miss conceptions. but i think the two should be seperate and once a person moved into being attracted to real life children should they be considered dangerous, of course the questions is which loli fan is a pedo and which is just a loli fan, which again if i had a child i would keep them away from both, which is why i don't tell people what i'm interested in."

other peoples grammar

"Spoken grammar it can annoy me but typing is mroe along the line of short hand, imo, and also when people insult your grammar when it was a simple typing error like teh instead of the. Spelling doesn't bother me really since it can still get the point across and maintain the flow of the conversation. the thing that bothers me about grammar is when people can't speak right i when i hear adults use the word "Blowed up" in a sentence it drives me insane i mean that is grade school vocabulary and it doesn't even sound correct. It's probably based on my own profisincy since i'm terrible at spelling but good at grammar (spoken) I rarely correct people on what they say but they do often come out sounding like morons. I'm also not easly bugged things like "who" and "Whom" i really don't notice since they are so common but things that just complete stupidity rather than lack of understanding of specific rules.

of course this all only applies to peopel who speak english naturally and not people learning the langauge, obviously people who are learning the language might not have it fully understood so mistakes and misunderstandings happen but when grown american born adults can't speak fluent english there is a problem."

"I thought it was great, with each new one it looks even better, honestly the Disney angle isn't that nessessary but really doesn't bother me. Once you get past the initial opionion of "lame, donald and goofy and all that disney junk" you really don't notice it much imo, the second game seemed darker than the first and made me even mroe interested espically the secret ending with the keyblade wars or w/e."

which is better Ps3 or xbox360

"PS3 is better stats wise, but for what your looking to use it for i'd say go wit hteh Xbox 360they have alot more sports games and a few good fantasy games as well, unlike what someone else said alot of the games aren't shared. if your a big Final Fantasy, Disgaea (and the like), and alot of japan imports fan its best to go with the PS3 but it is true it is the newest and has the fewest games out right now. XBox360 is the weakest (specs wise) of all the "next Gen" consoles if you have a Xbox (reguler) you may want to keep that and get the PS3. also the PS3 can play PS1 and PS2 games, while (i'm not sure but) Xbox360 isn't fully backwards compatable (i heard you had to download games or soemthing, i forget, but look into that)

Personally i choose the PS3 but I also currently don't have alot of games for it specificly (though i have plenty from PS1+2) but i also chose it because i am a fan of the games i mentioned about, and i'm not big on many american title, espically sports."

"It does seem like an interesting movie, being live action (with CG of course) they really redid all the transformers.

The main trouble i have is anytime some one mentioned the Transformers movie it reminds me of Clerks 2 which had a whole scene about the movie that is coming."

"Yes it is a final to a great movie series, alot of people didn't believe me when i said it there was going to be a Die Hard 4, luckilly Bruce doesn't look to old (like stalone in the latest Rocky) it should be a good movie. I don't know will it be better thanthe others though?"

"Its cruel to those who use inverted camera controls, since after every cut scene it resets to regular, you think they would have caught that bug before it make it to amerian release. it's nothing spectactular, if you love the final fantasy VII story it one to get, the game isn't super great like i said, i bought it more for the story and the graphics. the weapon customization is nice but there isn't much you can do i hope the game is similar to Zone of the Enders where it was great in thought leading to an amazing sequal."

"It's like that in america too, often time they don't under stand the difference, or are too scared of embarassment to try to watch it. Usually the people are close minded. If they have watched anime they usually have only watched american versions of animes like One Piece or yu Gi Yo, or Pokemon. and havn't seen some of the more serious stuff like Akira. Or possibly they didn't give it a chance when they saw it similar to going to a movie saying "I don't want ot see this I know it's going to suck" it's very difficult to over come that mentality, but it is possible with an exceptional experiance. Showing them something like GITS would be difficult since if they aren't willing to give it a chance they would not even try to understand the story which is far more complex then the "kiddy" american adaptated animes"

Updaged Galleries

well one feature i missed from the old setup was how recently updated galleries (like within the week or so) had the "Last updated" section in red, that really helped when returning to the galleries to see if anything new had been added rather than checking each individual one. I don't know if it not being there anymore is a bug or just something that was removed i liked it i'm not sure if anyone else found it annoying or anything. if that isn't possible then maybe a "new scans/wallpapers" option, like a search feature that creates a list of walls/scans added today, this week, this month, etc. by option. just a thought. (ok there is a different color for recent papers i think, but it's like light green and it's not much different from the default black.

Also [bug], fixed [wait maybe not]
I'm not sure if anyone else is enchountering this but at least in my browser (IE 6, the newest one i think) when viewing certian thing like specific wallpaper or scan pages (not the accual image but the page with the description and comments) there is a large space from teh bottom of the site menu bar until the accual wall/ scan information and picture. I checked the v5 Unresolved bugs topic but i didn't see this mentioned, i'm nto sure if this is a problem on my end or something with the site, sorry if it was already asked/ anwsered and i missed it.
