I think the text should go somewhere else...I like her pose and the text right in front of her is a bit annoying. Oh and about the cityscape, I think it would look really cool...just think of it...her pose standing at the corner of a tall building...and in the backdrop the glowing moon shrowded in the clouds...whatever I think it would look really cool.

I would make her a little bigger in the frame. I'd also add a buzzard or two flying about in the background somewhere and probably go with a bit of funky text. Feels like it needs somethign to sell the wind, though - her cape is sorta flapping up on it's own. Dunno how you'd really do that, though :/. Those are all personal ones, really, though.

Generally it feels to me like a wall that needs to remain fairly open and empty - it's in the desert and there's not much in the desert. You could add another cliff edge in the bg, but given the perspective it'd have to be a really big cliff :/.

tbh, the main thing I'd work on would be completing the ends of the cape, a neat extraction and then it's kinda done bar the frills.
