This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

"Hello, everyone! Sorry for the late introduction, but I thought I would accommodate myself a little more before making a proper introduction. Well, to start off, I am already a long time member at minitokyo--a site most of you probably know--and, while browsing throughout this site, I have recognized some prominent artists here whose work I am quite familiar over at MT. So I decided to might as well join this community if all the hip kids are here, too, right? Even though I have been commenting on walls for a while over at MT, I've been rather reluctant to create walls myself since I, shall we say, lack the necessary skills. However, I have recently been under some tutoring lessons from a well-known artist both from here and at MT--some of you are probably very familiar with her work--that's right, none other than alterlier herself! Indeed, It will probably take me a bit of time to contribute my first wall (after all, I still have to learn how to "vector", cut and clean scans, and make funky backgrounds, and all that fun stuff), but I am going to work hard to make my first endeavor one that counts! In the mean time, I look forward to becoming acquainted in this warming community and commenting on some of the impressive walls I have already noticed here at AP. Later!P.S - Sorry for the long Intro
