After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!

"I have been an anime fan since the age of 5...I loved "The Last Unicorn" and Leo the Lion, aka Kimba...they were my favorites, and once I hit Jr High and High School Sailor Moon finally came stateside, I couldn't be open about my love for Sailor Moon, as my mother despised it, as she said it would make me unpopular...I didn't care, and still watched it, and I actually got some of my closest friends involved as well, I still have a great love of anime and collect my favorite series artbooks, dvds, and manga if given the opportunity!If you want to meet people in your area that are big into anime go to meetup.com they have groups for just about everything there!
My university has a group I intend to join when I go back too, they actually did cosplay and you should have seen the people who had no idea what was going on with baffled looks on their faces!
Anywho my hubby watches anime with me, as well as some of my friends, I have pretty much just made them all try watching one, and they have all fallen in love with Anime, as long as it wasn't the dubbed versions"

"Going along with moto, maybe have the artist associated with the anime or manga...also I have some other suggestions as well, many of them have been addressed as I just spent forever reading 22 pages of much redundancy!Anywho here are some of my ideas:
Maybe a forum where members can sell their anime goods, or give links to ebay, or thier livejournal, or where ever...
Maybe a section of elite scans, where the scanner had to put more than one piece together and shop them together so it looks whole
as well as enabling comments on scans, but where there must be so many words, and if it doesn't meet the requirement, there is a penalty, to prevent such sayings as "nice" or "great scan" where it needs to meaningful.
Maybe also if you uploaded the scan, there is no paper deduction to download it, so you can edit it or something along those lines...
A newsletter, that highlights certain members contributions, and AP announcements
I liked the idea about donating paper to other members, however maybe it should only be between group members or something to that extent, so it isn't abused, that way it would work nice for contests as a reward
Groups forum comments included in regular forum...this is a long shot, so more people realize there are groups out there that do discuss

"Unfortunately the U.S. drilling will not impact us for 5+ years...and by 2010 they are estimating prices will be 7.00/gal...I don't know how I am going to get to work or school that is for sure...This world has such a dependency on oil and well...its finally caught up to us, also going to Iraq sure didn't help prices like it was once thought it would...Its time to look for new sources of energy...or look at an old source, or a source that is used else where...Nuclear Energy"
