If you guys have any suggestions for change/additional placement of css styles somewhere let me know.

It might be nice if you had some empty divs on the page that we could use the CSS to put images in and then position wherever we wanted. Although... I'm not really sure what you would put in the divs. ^_^;

Oh and to those who don't know CSS if you do a super simple userpage like mine ( http://myrrhlynn.animepaper.net/ )you don't really have to understand CSS. All I did is change the background image url and change the colors of the background and boxes. Easy simple stuff that I'm sure most of you could figure out. :) "

I think that the dust has settled enough to implement some sort of wallpaper uploading limit - or at least limit it for new members. Kyozero has already taken advantage of the limit lack to upload two dozen wallpapers from other people (including many AP members!) and download enough scans to bring his paper balance down to nothing. Needs to be some way to prevent this type of exploitation in the future :(

I totally agree. And actually as I am writing this, another new user is doing the same thing. -_- Personally I would think making a wallpaper upload limit of 5 per day would help even if it was just for new members. These people don't seem to care if they get banned they just want the scans. :( Although it was the first time that I've ever been ripped! :lol:"

"First of all I should apologize/warn everyone that I usually totally abuse the use of smilies. :neko: :D

So, well I joined here a looong time ago, and then I sort of stopped coming after it was down for awhile. But I couldn't resist coming back since animePaper has this whole new look now. :lol: Plus omgosh it loads so fast o_o I can hardly believe it. :)

Forums aren't really my thing but I'll try to be active with faving/commenting on wallpapers, and I'll be sure to submit any good scans I have. :D "

Should I upload my scans?

"Ok well I have the Final Fantasy Unlimited artbook so I could totally pack out the FFU section here with scans. I have the Harukanaru Tokinonakade artbook too but there isn't a section for that so it doesn't matter. XD

Anyway my question is whether or not you actually want me to add all those scans. I would feel like a jerk adding them if you think no one will use them (since then they would just be taking up space). And technically they are available on the gallery of my site, but since they are pretty rare scans they aren't exactly common.

I just wanted to check and see if it would be ok for me to upload them before I went crazy with adding them. :lol:

Edit: Well since no one said anything I'm going to add my FFU ones. Prepare to be invaded by that rather... strange series. XD"

"So I took the pic of link that Andrea was kind enough to post in the Re-CGed section and made this little graphic for a layout I was making. The layout turned out... crappy! ;_; But this little pic turned out pretty well. Those are all screenshots from the official trailer. And the quotes are from the trailer too. Sorry about my name being on it ToT I hope it's not too gawdy but I didn't want all the stupid Link fanboys taking it putting it on their sites, and being like "oh look what I made!" x_x

Oh and I see that nasty little white spot I missed. :faint: I'll fix that eventually but other then that does anyone have any comments? My goal was to show as many new scenes of the new game as possible."

Wallpaper Contests

"Ok not sure if this is the right place for this, sorry if it isn't. ;_; I didn't know where to put it.

I don't know about the rest of you but I find it hard to locate interesting graphic contests to enter (not just wallpapers, layouts and other stuff too) and I always feel bad when sites I know only have a few entries in their contests since nobody knows about them.

So to try and help out I made a site where graphics contest could be listed:
