This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

Rubik Cube

"If you'll ask me, I've once have a Rubik's cube, but I've decided to neglect it because I can never solve it. I sometimes have to dismantle the cube (using a screwdriver) to put them back into the right place. But still pulls out the fun and I have forgotten about it completely. I'm still amazed at how fast some people solve the cube."View

Anime Crossovers
1 year 6 months ago
"Anime Survivor Already had 22 seasons in its belt, started from a fictional island and the latest is in the world of Gundam Seed, with some seasons held in notable places like Konan Country, El Hazard, Japones, and even the Pearl Islands and the Marquesas.
Harem Big Brother is also like Big Brother, but you've got one guy surrounded by a bunch of girls in a house. Remember the harem anime concept. In the four seasons so far, the harem concept has been widened. Even the kids' and celebrity editions had odd men out."

Anime Crossovers
1 year 6 months ago
"Well hear of crossovers all the time, especially on anime. Usually, this involves just two anime. But what is the perfection situation where you can group characters from more than two anime in just one place. It doesn't have to be a game show or a doomsday scenario. In my own imagination, I think multiple crossover wherein characters from different anime compete in an anime reality show. This is in the case in my crossovers of Anime Survivor, Amazing Race to Heaven, In Your Mind, and Harem Big Brother. In except in the Race, each contestant is from a separate anime, and you can imagine how many anime are involved in just a "season," unless there is a twist to the game. I know and aware of a lot of anime, so this is made possible for me."

Listener and Speaker
1 year 6 months ago
"It depends on the situation. You can be a speaker if you are a teacher or a domineering figure. You can also be a listener if you want to learn or just don't want to rant so loud you could humiliate yourself. For me, I'm more of a listener because I believe that way I can learn more and hear what others can say so I do better things. Of course, you can't please people all the time, but if you take time to listen and think, you will understand what you are being told."

Negima Students' Ordering
1 year 6 months ago
"We all know that the girls are arranged according to the Japanese syllabary, that is a-i-u-e-o-ka-ki, etc. This is the original order:1. Sayo Aisaka
2. Yuuna Akashi
3. Kazumi Asakura
4. Yue Ayase
5. Ako Izumi
6. Akira Ookochi
7. Misa Kakizaki
8. Asuna Kagurazaka
9. Misora Kasuga
10. Chachamaru Karakuri
11. Madoka Kugimiya
12. Kuu Fei
13. Konoka Konoe
14. Haruna Saotome
15. Setsuna Sakurazaki
16. Makie Sasaki
17. Sakurako Shiina
18. Mana Tatsumiya
19. Chao Ling-shen
20. Kaede Nagase
21. Chizuru Naba
22. Fuuka Narutaki
23. Fumika Narutaki
24. Satomi Hakase
25. Chisame Hasegawa
26. Evangeline A. K. MacDowell
27. Nodoka Miyazaki
28. Natsumi Murakami
29. Ayaka Yukihiro
30. Satsuki Yotsuba
31. Zazie Rainyday
However, when I experimented with reordering the students into alphabetical order, most of their "student numbers" also changed. Here is the result of my little experiment:
1. Sayo Aisaka
2. Yuuna Akashi
3. Kazumi Asakura
4. Yue Ayase
5. Chao Ling-shen
6. Satomi Hakase
7. Chisame Hasegawa
8. Ako Izumi
9. Asuna Kagurazaka
10. Misa Kakizaki
11. Chachamaru Karakuri
12. Misora Kasuga
13. Konoka Konoe
14. Madoka Kugimiya
15. Kuu Fei
16. Evangeline A. K. MacDowell
17. Nodoka Miyazaki
18. Natsumi Murakami
19. Chizuru Naba
20. Kaede Nagase
21. Fumika Narutaki
22. Fuuka Narutaki
23. Akira Ookochi
24. Zazie Rainyday
25. Setsuna Sakurazaki
26. Haruna Saotome
27. Makie Sasaki
28. Sakurako Shiina
29. Mana Tatsumiya
30. Satsuki Yotsuba
31. Ayaka Yukihiro
So, according to this order, the first four get to "keep" their numbers, as well as Konoka, Kaede, Fuuka, and Satsuki.
However, when you consider what kind of romanization (on long vowel sounds) you use, there are two cases that are little bit iffy:
1. If Kuu Fei is spelt just "Ku Fei," she and Madoka's "numbers" get switched.
2. The Narutaki twins' "numbers" get switched, too, if Fuuka's name is just spelt "Fuka."
Of course, this is not important as far as the characters themselves are concerned. Like I said, this is just an experiment. Used Microsoft Excel and Word for the ordering and numberin. Also, I always put Japanese names in Western order and Chinese names in Eastern order. But I first arranged the names in Western order in Excel for proper ordering of surnames.
P. S. Being the class president, I think Ayako deserves to be last in the "Westernized" list. But it's just me."

Single or Taken?

How do you watch Japanese anime ?
1 year 7 months ago
"Because of my standing I typically watch anime in the following ways:1. By TV. Anime has been shown here in my country for years.
2. By VCD or DVD, whichever grabs my fancy (most recent is the Negima Spring OAV)
3. When all else fails, I go to YouTube.
BTW, because I only have a 56k connection, I don't download anime episodes. Also, I don't have BitTorrent."

Tsubasa Chronicle Season 3?
1 year 8 months ago
"I agree with some of those who say that Tsubasa may become one of those with open ended anime. Considering that a single wing can compose of lots of feathers and Lady Sakura is at least 5 feet tall and they will retrieve hundreds of feathers. So I think it will impossible for them to retrieve all of her memories in just 3 seasons, unless there is an episode where they will find a bunch in just one place.(Notice I use "Lady" to distinguish Tsubasa's Sakura to CCS's Sakura.)"

Do Real Men Wear Pink?
1 year 8 months ago
"I think wearing pink just shows a man's feminine side, but doesn't make him at all feminine. It depends on the mood or the season, as wololo pointed out. Any color would suit a man. But hey, not all of us are like Carson Kresley, who can tell which colors suits a man."View

Childish of being watched ANIME?
1 year 8 months ago
"It depends on the anime you watch. Pokemon and Digimon are definitely childish, but surely more gory anime aren't. Just like manga isn't simply aimed at teens are there are also adult comics and adult anime. It can also be a matter of preference, but sometimes you are what you watch. Me, very complicated; I watch Pokemon and Pretty Cure at one hand and Chrono Crusade and Naruto on the other (among all others)."View

"Yeah, but what can I do? I've set my camera phone to basic and 640x480, and also my cable company hasn't sent any service crew to repair the reception of my cable for weeks now. If you go to the galleries of the past two editions (55th and 56th), different camera phones were used (in the 55th, it was a Nokia 6230; in the 56th, it was a Nokia 3230), but in both cases, the pictures were a little clearer."

"Here is the gallery of screengrabs from the 57th NHK Kouhaku which has been finished yesterday. I will post the pictures that are more interesting, while the other pics are reduced to links. I used my Nokia 3250 to take those screengrabs. Expect some of the pics to be grainy (some of them monochromatic) because my cable reception has been so bad recently that the picture quality is not good and at times, the colors disappear and reappear (I've been to three TV sets in fact just to get the best picture). The intro is all about love and so happens that it is the theme of this year's Kouhaku.
