The windows on the buildings next to Lacus are too sharp and crispy...you should fix that.
Uhm..I kinda liked the Drop Shadow-ness...but I guess that's just me >.>

"Here it is. I've saved the currents as .PNG so if you set it as your background atm on a Windows desktop, you'll have colored back boxes for your desktop icons, but I'll fix that in the final version. The version I've attached is the 1152x864 version of the wall, but be assured, I've also got 1024x768 and 1280x1024 sizes of the same wall that will be submitted later on. Here's what I've got so far. I'd say I'm about 60% done maybe(at least I hope in that area). Give me some suggestions, plz and thanks!

This version was saved in .PNG. Provided bold colors, but wasn't good for Window's users, as a color box would be left behind the icon because of the save format.

More updated Version:

Saved this version as .JPEG, fixing the above problem for Window's users. I've tooken some advice from previous people (fixed the windows, edited "Klein" to it's correct spelling, "Clyne". I added another layer of clouds as mentioned before, removed some of the "Drop Shadow effects" and clean up here and there with additional Addons!

"Definetely a good idea. As stated, needs to be a bit cleaned up. The black background is a good contrast to the gray figure, but it needs a bit more life in the wall. So find something to add to the background and it should be fine. Blood's ok, first one's better then the second. And the fade at the bottom seems to throw the wall off a bit. If your really don't need it, then you should take off the fade at the bottom :D. But overall, its a good Composition!"

"I got my new comp and so I finally got around to working on my walls (but I lost the inspiration for DoA at the moment, so I'm pushing that wall aside for now). Here's what I've been working on. It looks good on my widescreen but when I transfered the wall to this computer (regular sized monitor), I don't know but it feels a bit...stretched maybe? I dunno if that's just me. Well here it is. It's not done, but I've got that block right now, and I can't seem to find a solution. Maybe you guys can help me out?



If your asking about the black borders, I had to. The stretched image didn't go to well, and the original picture has the top portion of the head cut off, so I had to resort to borders. It doesn't look that bad though I think. Unless you guys see otherwise. All tips appreciated :D

*edit* lol and I haven't added anything on the left at the moment because when I tested the wallpaper out on my desktop, my icons are all stacked on the left. When I did have some things on the left, it felt a bit clustered. Lol, that's my bad though :D."

"My fav. rpg was oddly on the GBA. Lufia: The Legend Returns. I spent about 40 hours+ on it getting all the rare items (still haven't completed it all). I've played it so much I've noticed all sorts of errors from little bugs to spelling typos :D"

I'm more interested these days about software than hardware functionality because you could have the fastest car on the planet, but if you have a drunk driver (winXP) using it then it is worthless. The hardware in Macs may not be the fastest or sexest stuff out there, but at least the hardware is engineered to work together with a stable operating system. :-)

Kasumi Wall, Need Advice!

"Yup easy fixes. I see some of the extraction things now. I've removed the top corner thing, I've smoothened the left arm a bit as well as the right shoulder. The bar that holds kasumi's name has been removed atm, Ill mess around with that until I get what i want. I've also tooken out the pixelated font. It seemed trivial and unimportant, so all the remains atm is her name. The rest of the extractions I'll fix tommorow. It's past 12:00 here and I'm exhausted. I've had a tough day lol. Thxs for the advice. Anymore advice while I'm gone will be greatly appreciated. Thanks all ^^"

I mean the image is of a custom from Dead or Alive Xtreme Beach Volleyball, So I would only guess that she'd be wearing swimming attire. But I could be wrong lol ><. "You might want to remove the black lines within the image. To me, it seems to take away from the background. Also, try and add a bit more of an effect on the 2 border lines. They're too dark and detract from the overall image. "

Kasumi Wall, Need Advice!

"Im half way through the wall paper. I really wanted to get a bit of a groove and feel to the wall paper this time and make it feel all cheerful and bright, almost summer-like you could say. So this is the progress so far, im far from done, I feel that it's missing that major "something" (ill call it that, since I can't grip the word at the moment in my head). It's that one something that tells you that you've hit the jack pot and your in the home stretch, and that is what I feel is lacking in my wall paper. I spent 2 and 1/2 hours on the renderin' of kasumi, so I'm at least happy with that. Can you guys give me some suggestions on what I should perhaps add?

Here's the wall paper:


The top right corner has barely been touched, and It's still lacking something, but I dont want to continue until I've fixed my first problem as stated above. I personally don't like the large curved line that holds the text, so expect to see that at the least edited before I submit. Thxs ^.^!"
