Hmmm...trying something new

"I decided i would work with something abstract and something to do with a drawing i did of my ragnarok online character. I wanted to keep it almost simple and soild color yet it lacks something. The hand might need a bit more details in defining the points of where the fingers are, as well as the pen to pin point its features, but other than that it looks plain, i dont know what i should add in the background. I tried to figure out how to tilt the picture that the hand is drawing but i failed xD. I have no idea how i would do that...hmm. Some say that its just the paper thats being drawn on that needs texture and that it would be fine but not sure. ^^ Let me know what i should do to make it look less plain. Sankyu!

"OOh i know maybe try using the colors of the scan and blend it with the background colors, instead of the bright/dark pink shades. Try using similar colors to the screen she's looking at. And as for the image it would be fine if only you could refine the edges a bit. Maybe blur them in so that it doesnt look so sketchy.

KInda like this, not exactly thouh xD. But you know what i mean kinda like blend it in so that the background matches with the pitcure as well as having her look alot less sketchy.

Ack, nvm most of the black spots and the finger/breast XD. I had a hard time getting rid of some of the spots ^^. heh...woo ^^. Just a helpful push, probably wont help that much :P.

"On the first post, the second image with the many chicks, if you changed the background to something a bit simpler colored, instead of bright crazy colors, it would probably make a big difference. The image does seem a bit blurry, but it’s hardly noticeable to me, but then again I can sort of hardly see! ^^:P. You can do it without a border as well it’s basically just that the background colors aren’t matching well with the images, either try one solid color or a color with a gradient. ^^"

"Well so far i love the two pictures on the side of the middle one, but perhaps its because middle image is a bit color burned. If thats how the original scan is i dont see why it wouldn't work. However, the middle is a bit brighter than the sides, it looks like it has to much light coming in on them. It seems as though its washing out the colors with too much white. Otherwise the two side pictures are fine, but the middle maybe darken it a bit, so that there is less washout by white. Also it could be if it doesnt have a category, they reject it, if it does maybe it was just your spelling. ^^ Happens to me :P."

"I love the background, it gives it a feeling of the game poping out to you, the image does seem low quality. Perhaps its because the image is sketchy and the background is blurry/solid, maybe make the background somewhat sketchy so that it matches the image a bit better? If not then it would just be the image quality. Otherwise i really like it."

"I love the background, the scan is white so it throws off the colors. Perhaps darkening it a bit? or making it a bit transparent, blending it in with the background to make it look like a stain glass window? ^^. Other wise i love it!"

"I'm always in search of great cg pictures and anime drawings and i found one that was sooo awesome. I decided to try to make it into a picture/postcard somewhat, but not sure how it looks so far. Let me know what you think! I'm still unsure of what it could be missing but here it is ^^. I'm thinking maybe i should leave the letterings all black.
