After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!

How does you family feel about Anime?

"None of my family likes anime, not even my younger brother.They say it's childish, cheap looking, waste of money, "weird", all your typical anti-anime arguments. The most I got my mom to watch was Spirited Away, and even that still wasn't up to her standards.
And apparently it's to blame for everything unfortunate that goes on in my life. Got a C in a class? Can't get more work hours? Anime's fault. "

"I accept myself the way I am... though that doesn't necessarily mean I like myself.I feel like I recognize my faults all too much, and I tend to base my self-image around those faults instead of my "good" attributes. I like to think that it doesn't matter what other people think of me, but in reality that's the ONLY thing that matters; in order to get a job, have friends, be social, etc. I suppose I find myself attractive, intelligent, disciplined and mature- but I don't expect others to see me that way. Usually I assume they see the exact opposite. Bad habit, I know.
I'm a pessimist. Always have been, probably always will be, probably because of my depression. But in that pessimism I try to be optimistic. It's a strange system."

"I only fairly recently began making wallpapers without having to use MS Paint after I finally downloaded GIMP. And with some new brushes, I thought I'd try a new style. In these two I added a border and tried to incorporate the overall design into it so it didn't look so freestanding.
+I don't know what people will think, but I do like the speech bubble and text. I feel like it makes it look more like a manga page and kind of explains the character's expression.
+And it is 1024x768, it just has a white border around it.
Any critique would be appreciated. "
