I don't know, He use to be one of my really close friends on AP but i dont know everytime i talk to him its like hes not happy to see me or somethings and me and him always fight.

"The 2nd one is soooo much better, congrats. Here's some more stuff to help you advance your skills...I understand your concept now because of the title, I think it would be okay to put rin in again. Maybe try colorizing her and fading her into the moon?
The scan seems to have some lines, try a edge preserving blur to fix this. btw, much better extraction.
The background is much better, but still lacking. The moon is very nice, but I think it should be a tad smaller. And the sky should have a sort of gradient, not just one color. Then it needs stars and clouds. Try looking up a real pic and using it for reference so you can tell if it's beleivable.
I'd maybe see how sessouhmaru looks with a more "night" like hue.
As a final touch, I'd suggest that you use a little bit of the dodge and burn brushes to make the moon appear to be the main light source."

"Aw, no one commented. I'll fix that, let me start off by saying nice first try, hope I don't sound harsh, but this is what you need to fix...The wallpaper's too small, it's 800 by 600 and the minimum resolution is 1024 by 786.
The extraction needs a little bit of work, it looks like you maybe earased the rest of the scan instead of cutting him out, or you just added to much of a feather, I'd redo that, a bad extraction = rejection.
The bg isn't working, get rid of kagome and the rainbow gradient. I think a stary sky bg would work great with this wall if you put in the effort of learning to do one from scratch.
No title? This is really important not only as identification but as a way to tell everyone your concept of the wall.
Before you fix anything I'd definately think about your concept/reason/what you're trying to say with the wallpaper. Without a good concept a wall will just look like you liked the scan and had some free time. Remember a wall is a work of art, with out any meaning, it just won't work.

"I really think that you should maybe change the colors of the girls cloths, if I was doing it, I'd change the red to pink and make the green ribbon lighter. My reason is because the soft pink bg (which is very pretty btw) is contrasting with the harsh christmas-y colors of the girl. Then I'd add "magic energy" around the girl and sakura petels, maybe even some sparkles. I'd finish it up by changing the font to a softer and more flowery type.But that's only me, it depends what you're trying to say with you're wall, if you want the girl to stay the same, I'd make the bg harsher toned and themed....and maybe add snow and a christmas tree...lol, Just kidding!

"Well I'm just giving up, because it got rejected again. (this time I got a 100 paper fine, joy) This time it also added "extraction issues" even though I didn't change the extraction...lol I can't really fix anything so if anybody wants to comment on it, it's at minitokyo. "I don't know how the lady doesn't hint at bright sunlight, any brighter and you couldn't see her face (on my moniter anyway)
The blury dots are hard to explain, there just sposed to be little magical dust things. Kind of like in zelda the nintendo game? I could prolly take those out.
The frame has nothing to do with the atmosphere, it's sposed to fit the story book concept, it's something I can't really take out any way."
