With vector will be much awesome! Because you've two great characters! So i suggest you to vector them..and believe me vectoring isn't hard..step by step and you will know vector and improve on it!..and Also don't forgot your signature!..If you want any help let me know., i'd love to help you with stuff like this! ^_<-b

Extraction can use work. The outlines are jaggy. Also the scans could use a bit more cleaning. The background is way to plain and boring. Just a pale white background color with the mahjong pins in it. The extraction of these pins should also be improved. And cleaning would be a good idea. About the issue with jpeg and png. We only accept jpeg wallpapers so you need to save it in this file format.

Would glad to add that "bigger" means 1920x1200 or even 2560x1600. If you already vector, then do it in big. Usually beginners or people providing quantity wallpapers instead of quality (not AP wallers of course...) get scared by it, due that renders become unusable by that size (pixelation, since they are raster based) and need vectoring or re-cg. Vectoring without pentool is possible, and doing it by transforming lines with Line Tool. Be sure to avoid trying vectoring by stroking, which will produce weak quality and too high uniformity of the lines. (Hmmm, I thinked about vectoring that too, due Nodokas chest XD)

First the file format: We only accept jpeg so make sure to upload the right format. The background is a bit too croweded with the pics in it an the stones above. Also the logo doesn't really make sense here and looks out of place. The required signature is also missing!

There are great tutorials on vectoring on deviantART.com, explaining it here would take too long xD Vectoring is a bit hard at first but it'll give you the best quality. I'm not quite a pro at it myself. If you don't think you'll be able to do it now, you can look for ready made vectors here on AP or anywhere online.

Heya :) I think you really need to start with the resolution :o Its hard for us to judge quality when its scaled down. Can everything be scaled up without looking pixelated? A lot of your wallpaper looks really hard to vector, not a task I'd recommend someone who's never vectored before, so we can't rely on that to increase quality.

I like the flying pieces but the background doesn't suit them and the chibis at the bottom I don't think are necessary. First version of the character is better and you'd better vector the characters for the best quality. I'm not sure about the logo though, I guess it depends on how you make the background.
