About the 9800 x2, it sure does beat the 8800 roughly around hmmm 20-30% performance. However, the 9800 x2 has two cores...so that is kinda lame. I mean if it has like two cores...it should at least beat the 8800 by at least 30% performance. AT LEAST. I've also looked at some of the 9800gtx bench from Tom's Hardware and it seems to be on par with the 8800... I think the 9800 is quite a disappointment. It's nothing like from the 7000 series to the 8000 series performance gain. :(

honestly I think your expecting too much out of the series.
Not every new line can be ground breaking like the 8s where (IMO). I honestly dont plan on buying a 9800, but will probably wait for their next line and then consider a 9 series or a 10 series (or whatever it will be at the time).


Anybody know if they are going into the 5 digits?"

Diablo III

"Im not sure if diablo 3 will be able to be anything more than what it already was in Diablo 1 and 2. Well, just 2. Seeing the videos I have heard alot of people complain already that it has a different look and feel than the old ones, which is exactly what people in the diablo world (and starcraft, and warcraft to an extent) want: And old awesome thing with a new sweet and hott look on it. Honestly, if its great, thats cool. If not I woudn't be suprised."

"With the high specifications it is certainly true that Crysis is one for the books in quality, but the real story is just how great the gameplay is. Personally, I tried the demo just to see if my computer could handle it (Currently using SLI 2x 8600GT NVIDIA cards), and stopped shortly after the first level. I have heard many that it is one of the best games, and also have heard that beside its amazing graphics, the story is lacking.

I think it just comes down to, to each its own."

"Hm. I agree with Narco on the new games old games theory. I really do believe that as people get better at games, the ones they played earlier seem harder. For instance, I was playing Super Mario 64 and Super Mario Galaxy the other day, and SM64 seemed so much easier (although both games are relatively easy). I don't know, I guess it depends on the genre and other factors."

"That tiny amount of paper is like 8 posts in your forum, the only way I can really get paper is thru that forum and submitting. You may degrade my wanting of 50 papers, but if you think it is so little, why dont you yourself donate me some of your 129,490. Im sure 50 papers to please a member is nothing. I have checked all my firefox plug ins, which are like 2, and no I donot have an accelerator. Also, the reason I donot indulge that much is because I moderate the third largest YGO board in the world, and that takes up most of my "foruming" time. As regards to the donation, im afraid im really cheap, always saving up for something. Sorry, also my parents don't approve of online shopping of any sorts."

This is a specially custom built computer, built from scratch. I have well over a gig of ram, my harddrive is either 7500 or 7600, sorry I dont remmeber off the top of my head, and I have a P4 with 3.5 GHz and I know for a fact my mobo is one of the finest because my nerdy friend who knows more about comps than anybody I know is always showing his jealousy for my motherboard."

"Well I currently Use CS2 just because it is the latest and I like the multi-layer highliting feature that has been included, but alot of things ALOT of things have been changed from the CS that I simply did not like, such as merging layers and such, and just plain linking them as well as making a layer tie down to the bottom layer.
All of those options have been changed around and I use them quite a bit in making artwork.
it is really frustrating.


Nonetheless I use PS 7, CS and CS2 thruought my career as a digital artist, there is no difference between them excep for what I just said above."

"I just had 53 a while ago and now I have 2.
I havent done anything at all, and I dont even know what I bought.
this is really upsetting because I was saving up for a scan I wanted to get for a wallpaper I was inspired to make.
Would someone please help me out as to how I can either:

- Get my paper back because I didnt buy anything
- Figure out what I bought accidentally or whatever happened
- Get my paper back to get the correct stock for my wallpaper


I am really sadded by this because i was really inspired to make that wallpaper...
