"I said that I don't need society. I didn't say I don't have any friends and I didn't say that I act in such a way as to drive everyone away from me. Though there are times when I'm tired...Yes, I mean this. I don't need a friend who lies and does so normally. It is personal choice now, which is good for me. If it weren't there would've been a problem. About your WoW story, don't you think it's your personal choice to do that for three years and then also your choice to change that? Even though you needed some additional stats and substituted those with guilds and a party, you eventually solved the quest because you chose to. Think if you did so entirely by your own will (but then, you should've been able to do this alone) or influenced by a third party."

If you never know that there is anything better, then wouldn't you be satisfied with what you have? (this excludes those having a hard life, under marks of poverty, disease, abuse, etc.) We're not all damn rocket scientists and I don't think you'd tell people to not live their lives for their own happiness.Now, going into context and adding myself to the equation, it is a fact that what I do all day every day is play games, watch anime and read a book or some manga, along with vital actions, as toilet, eating and sleeping, and that's it. I don't do any harm (nor good, I admit) and am happy in my situation. Undesired by society? Certainly. But I don't desire it myself, so I don't care."

""Ignorance is bliss."I am a person that only cares about itself, its thoughts and that which poses some interest. Due to that, I adore Haruhi, she's so damn awesome. However, I take this to the extreme, meaning I ignore almost everything that doesn't seem interesting, which is small talk, strangers, reality, etc. Blaming it on hedonism.
I do like to throw some ideas under objectivity sometimes, though this happens in my head. I also do act the hypocrite when forced in society (meaning only school, where I lately developed a burning passion for my PSP). It's a pretty bad thing when I word it like so, but I can say I'm satisfied with how I'm living at the moment, even if most around me say it's wrong."

"Society will never accept one's true self and will never learn of it, because one would not expose it due to not being accepted by society, or, more simply, because there's religion. People will always have the desire to "be better". In what way I don't know. In their own way or society's, that's up for one to decide.Society in itself will never (probably) reach a consensus to accept loli or rape or pornography or Satanism or any other thing that would disagree with common sense. Having recently seen Code Geass R2, I will emphasise with the fact that we have a society built on lies, striving to perfect us (or, say, constructing a pattern for all to follow).
However, I will never bring myself to accept such an abominable notion as society. That's why I'm trying to think about "humans". Rapists and child abusers and anyone freely hurting another being isn't human. But those enjoying fictional depictions of the aforementioned I see as human. Because in your world (that is, your brain), one should be free to do anything. It hurts and pleasures none than yourself. And it should be of no danger to this society.
What is there more to life than to enjoy it? If one enjoys it by being controlled by others, so be it. If one enjoys it through murder and torture, there are BDSM works and enough action movies so that one doesn't need to fulfil his desires IRL. Because most people say something is immoral, that doesn't make it so. Maybe throwing a wild guess, but I believe people going to church on Sundays would not care seeing a person being killed in a film later that day.
For a direct response regarding the relation to Greek statues, what I would say in a future perfect world: "Back then, people were extremely conservative that you couldn't even thought about what you like.".
Well, maybe I'm just being an idiot to try and protect hedonism to such an extent. If even nekomimi are to be banned, I'll lose hope in everything otaku..."

"I kept quiet about the raep ban forced upon the Japanese government due to that episode with RapeLay, though I promised I would do something. I kept quiet about the constant news I found about people possessing loli ero-manga were fined or imprisoned for...possession of child pornography? Well, whatever spins your wheels...However, this (be warned before entering) is enough to get me going.
Basically, it has come to the point where moral-basoons deem 2D art as illegal. I can remember when Greek statues were considered immoral due to them being exposed...some centuries or so ago... Renouncing this particular case, it seems that what happens in your brain and your house is enough to make you an outcast of society. Because you enjoy (and fulfil, for some) a sexual fetish in private, you are deemed a menace and are bound to be a future perpetrator. I find it pretty contradictory that a person with a fetish would be more driven to act IRL when he can enjoy it comfortably before his screen. If not, he would've done it sooner or later.
Just so I'm not misunderstood, I would easily passport rapists of any kind to the nearest star. But this is about what happens in your house, where no one should give a damn and no one should blame you if they happen upon it. If we live in a world that offers this, why not take advantage? Another way of saying it would be "If we live in a depraved world, why deprave us of deprivation?".
Personally, if this passes, I'll be waiting the ban of saavisu from every anime that was, is and will be (starting with Queen's Blade - it is good [to be read awesome])."

Give some decades so capitalism completely depletes itself, maybe then the Third World War will start and after people will start realizing that it's wrong. And by refined socialism I meant communism in its true form, maybe some ideas changed here and there.Democracy means nothing to me because it's the result of common sense, where common means the same general views of the majority. If you want something less aggressive, there is a case against a public figure for bribery; the bribery meant that he would give a case filled with money to a football team if they were to win a match. Basically, the charges of bribery are more accurately intention of bribery. And when you start arresting people for intention, you can go and jail everyone for probability of murder.
That's the fail of democracy; it's starting to invade privacy. If one were to stop bigotry, I wouldn't have much else to say against it."
