I made this wallpaper by just doing some manipulation on the original scan. Here is the scan for comparison: http://img259.imageshack.us/img259/551/scanadumitohru19we7.jpg

Here is what I did: obvious color change, added more stars, changed the tan on the right side to more sky, added borders and added some slight stars/water droplets/sparklies/whatever you want to call that to the plants on the left and last but not least, got rid of the page crease that was in the original scan.

I think it looks really good, but then I dont know if big wallpaper sites like here and MT would accept it since I didnt create the entire thing, just did some changing/adding of little bits. But is it okay? Or should I try to do more? "

"I tried moons, but they really make the sky feel really cluttered and they just dont fit. I had also tried very hard not to put too many stars because it starts to look bad with anymore put in, but I guess I could put in a few more...
There, I added a tiny spot of more stars, but its really only in that one blank spot near a cloud.

This time I blurred the line where the sea cut off from the sky, blurred the clouds a tiny bit, added birds in the sky, and put in the text:

Okay, I took the stars out of the sea, lightened the cloud reflections, and lightened the color of the sea so it isnt so dark :
How does that look?


@fayt19: My stars layer has been under the clouds. I shouldnt look that rediculous, you can see stars through some clouds in the real world :("

Now, I did some scan reconstruction on her skirt that was missing on the left and the messed up part in between her legs. Then I did some glitter/sparkles in the grass to give it more flare or something. Im pretty much done, but now there seem like there is something missing and I just need a little more help with that. You think maybe if I just put some super fancy text with some things around it and it would be good?

"How do you re-color a stock photo? I just tried and its not really working on the field part...at all. I want to make some smooth fields, but I really dont know how to and just painting over that part isnt working. Any help?

I didnt blur the stock photo though, I changed the layers options, trying to get the color quality to look better which is how that happened. I think the main thing I'll try right now is adding some tall grass..."

absolutely everything about 3 looks like it will be absolutely great. i think Famitsu gave it a 34/40. as for the final fantasy game, well ive never played any of the final fantasy games so im not really sure i will play this one coming up, but i'll think about it."
